5 Must-Watch Movies and TV Shows for November 2025

As 2025 draws to a close, major streaming platforms are unveiling a lineup of blockbuster movies and TV shows this November.

Netflix, predictably, occupies two slots in our recommendations with a major film release and the finale of a popular series.

Hulu is bringing in a much-talked-about legal drama, while HBO Max is introducing a fresh comedy, and Disney+ is releasing the year’s top Marvel film.

Here are the top five movies and TV shows that the Watch With Us team believes you must catch this November 2025.

Netflix (3) is gearing up for its most ambitious year yet, with major TV, movie, and true crime releases lined up. Expect a mix of returning favorites and fresh series. Among the most anticipated is the return of Stranger Things, which is set to capture attention once again with its upcoming season.

‘Frankenstein’ (2025)

Mary Shelley’s classic tale of Frankenstein has seen countless adaptations, but it takes a unique vision to stand apart. Enter Guillermo del Toro, the only filmmaker to have won the Oscars for Best Director and Best Picture with a monster story, The Shape of Water. In this rendition, Oscar Isaac stars as Baron Victor Frankenstein, a brilliant scientist who dares to play God.

Frankenstein breathes life into a malformed being known as the Creature (Jacob Elordi). Even though he has defied nature, he cannot undo his creation. The Creature, with its own yearnings and desires, will haunt Frankenstein until it achieves its goals.

Frankenstein will be available on Netflix starting November 7.

‘Stranger Things’ Season 5

After nearly a decade, the journey ends for Stranger Things. Netflix’s breakout hit returns for its fifth and ultimate season, launching in phases. The iconic Hawkins group is no longer kids; they’re now young adults grappling with larger stakes.

Set in 1987, Season 5 finds Hawkins more entangled with the Upside Down than ever. Amid turmoil, the government hunts for Eleven (Millie Bobby Brown), forcing her into hiding. However, hiding won’t last long as Vecna (Jamie Campbell Bower) makes his ominous return, prepared to unleash the Upside Down to the world as his version of Hell on Earth.

Stranger Things Season 5, Volume 1 will stream on Netflix on November 26.

‘All’s Fair’ Season 1

All’s Fair promises to be either a spectacular failure or this year’s most entertaining campy legal drama. Showrunner Ryan Murphy has taken a bold step by giving Kim Kardashian her own series. With seasoned actors like Glenn Close, Naomi Watts, Sarah Paulson, and Teyana Taylor surrounding her, it’s a smart move.

Kardashian stars as Allura Grant, a leader of a group of female divorce attorneys who have left their previous male-dominated office to start anew. But teamwork may not mean a shared vision, as fierce competition and drama unfold within the firm.

All’s Fair will stream on Hulu starting November 4.

Ryan Murphy and Kim Kardashian are putting together an impressive cast for All’s Fair. Just three months after her debut in American Horror Story’s twelfth season, Kardashian is teaming up with the Emmy winner once again for this legal saga.

‘I Love LA’ Season 1

Expect comparisons between Girls and I Love LA, as Rachel Sennott follows in Lena Dunham’s footsteps by creating, co-writing, co-directing, and starring in this new series. HBO has kept details under wraps, but the story revolves around a group of friends navigating their lives in Los Angeles.

As their once-close-knit friendship evolves, Sennott plays Maia, a talent manager who loves her boyfriend but is left wanting more in their relationship. The cast also includes Odessa A’zion as Tallulah, Jordan Firstman as Charlie, True Whitaker as Alani, and Josh Hutcherson as Dylan.

I Love LA will stream on HBO Max on November 2.

‘The Fantastic Four: First Steps’ (2025)

It might not have been wise to launch The Fantastic Four: First Steps shortly after Superman, as it struggled to gain attention amid the superhero hype. However, as it makes its arrival on Disney+, viewers may discover it to be one of the finest MCU films in recent years.

This film unfolds in a unique retro-futuristic timeline, featuring Mr. Fantastic (Pedro Pascal), Invisible Woman (Vanessa Kirby), Human Torch (Joseph Quinn), and The Thing (Ebon Moss-Bachrach) as they safeguard their world. Yet, they face an unprecedented threat when the Silver Surfer (Julia Garner) brings the world-devouring Galactus (Ralph Ineson) to their doorstep.

The Fantastic Four: First Steps will stream on Disney+ on November 5.
