On Thursday, September 11, during her visit to Marina Mill in Buxton, England, the Princess of Wales, 43, showcased her hairstyling talent. While working on a screen print, Kate gathered her hair with both hands, twisting it into a tight rope. She then coiled her locks into a bun and secured them in a classic knot, resulting in a timeless updo.
To complement her chic hairstyle, Kate opted for a full makeup look, featuring defined eyebrows, brown eyeshadow, black eyeliner, and long lashes. She finished off with rosy cheeks and pink lips.
Sporting a casual outfit, Kate wore a short-sleeved black knit sweater paired with plaid pants. She added an apron to her ensemble and accessorized with gold hoop earrings embellished with diamonds and a simple chain necklace for a touch of glamour.
Recently, Kate’s hair has been a topic of conversation after she unveiled voluminous blonde locks before reverting to her classic brunette style just days later. When social media users speculated whether her blonde hair was a wig, Princess Diana’s stylist, Sam McKnight, came to Kate’s defense online.

“I am shocked, horrified, dismayed, and disgusted by the cruel comments directed at the Princess of Wales today,” he expressed via Instagram on September 4, coinciding with her hair color reveal. “A woman’s hair is deeply personal; it represents armor, defense, confidence, and much more.”
The stylist further noted that he’s “certain” Kate, who was diagnosed with cancer in 2024, “would prefer to be away from the public eye.”
“Cancer impacts everyone differently, but it is a life-changing experience for all. So for heaven’s sake, LEAVE HER ALONE. SHAME ON YOU,” he concluded.
After publicly announcing her diagnosis, Kate revealed in January that she was in remission following treatment, which included chemotherapy.
