Meghan King’s Heartwarming Highlights with Her Three Kids from ‘RHOC’
Meghan King is the mother of three children with her ex-husband Jim Edmonds and loves to share moments from her life with the kids on social media.
The Real Housewives of Orange County alum welcomed her first child, daughter Aspen, in November 2016, just two years after her wedding to the former professional baseball player in St. Louis.
A year later, the Missouri native revealed she was expecting again. Twin sons Hart and Hayes were born in June 2018. Hart was later diagnosed with Periventricular Leukomalacia, followed by cerebral palsy.
“Although he’s the same child, I thought the news would hit me hard. But surprisingly, it didn’t. In fact, I felt a sense of relief,” King shared in an October 2020 blog post regarding her son’s updated diagnosis. “This is the diagnosis I had been dreading since that fateful day I searched for answers and learned: CP. I’ve known it was CP since Hart was just months old. I instinctively knew.”
She and Edmonds separated in October of the previous year and have faced challenges in maintaining a drama-free co-parenting relationship.
In November 2025, Us Weekly exclusively reported that King had recently lost custody of her three children after a Child Protective Services investigation. A month later, the former couple came to a custody agreement.
