Kaitlyn, Becca, and Ashley Discover ‘The One’: A Philosophy Cleansing Balm
Who needs a rose when you have Philosophy’s cleansing balm? Kaitlyn Bristowe, Becca Tilley, and Ashley Iaconetti have discovered “The One” for their skincare routines.
The Bachelor fan-favorites star in a fun new campaign, One Step to Love, showcasing the Purity MadeSimple One-Step Meltaway Cleansing Balm — a product that ticks all the boxes.
“I was already using Philosophy’s face wash,” Bristowe, 40, shared exclusively with Us Weekly in a video interview. “I love when things naturally align like that. So it was an obvious yes. And when I heard Ashley and Becca were involved, I thought, I’d pay to be part of this campaign. It sounded like so much fun.”
The latest innovation is a creamy balm that lathers up, melts into the skin, and effortlessly washes away long-wear makeup, waterproof mascara, SPF, daily buildup, and pollutants, leaving a silky smooth and fresh finish.
Regarding the reality show concept, Bristowe — who appeared on season 19 of The Bachelor and season 11 of The Bachelorette — remarked, “We were all about no roses. We’re good on roses.”
Philosophy truly went all out by weaving “drama, romance, and the irresistible obsession of reality dating television into a beauty love story with the launch,” as stated in a press release, emphasizing that the cleanser is designed to make beauty enthusiasts fall in love at first use with a “playful twist” on finding “The One.”
“We’re definitely poking fun at dating shows in general,” Bristowe continued. “It was hilarious because we know that dynamic well, and it fit perfectly with our vibe.”
Bristowe recounted that during the shoot, Iaconetti remarked to her and Tilley, who appeared on seasons 19 and 20 of The Bachelor, respectively, “I literally feel like I’m on The Bachelor.” Bristowe added, “I found myself feeling emotional because it felt like we were thrown back into that situation.”
Fellow season 19 Bachelor star Iaconetti, 37, shared how the experience brought back major nostalgia from her time on the show. She revealed to Us, “It was truly the closest we could ever get to reliving that feeling,” praising the production setup as “awesome.”
Tilley, 37, even used the cleansing balm after returning home from the shoot, where they all had professional makeup applied, and noted it performed beautifully.
“Everything came off, and it was gone,” she exclaimed. “It was a miracle worker, and I was extremely impressed with the product.”
The Purity MadeSimple One-Step Meltaway Cleansing Balm provides a refreshing post-wash sensation while deeply cleansing without stripping the skin. It’s formulated with meadowfoam seed oil, vitamin E, and glycerin.
Bristowe echoed Tilley’s enthusiasm, sharing her delight in the product’s effectiveness, asserting, “The proof is in the pudding.”
