Introducing the Cast of ‘Selling The City’

Netflix continues to expand its lineup of real estate shows, with “Selling the City” emerging as the latest spinoff of “Selling Sunset” now available on the platform.

This new series delves into the lives of real estate agents operating in New York, contrasting with the original show set in Los Angeles. Additional spinoffs from producer Adam DiVello includes “Selling Tampa” and “Selling the OC.”

Who are the newest realtors stepping into the world of reality television? We had the opportunity to chat with the cast of “Selling the City” at a press event ahead of its premiere.

In the rankings of power on the show, Eleonora Srugo is clearly one of the frontrunners.

According to her biography on Douglas Elliman’s website, she was responsible for a staggering $75 million deal, marking the brokerage’s largest transaction of 2023. In terms of volume, she ranks as the fourth top realtor nationwide within the brokerage.

As the leader of a team at Douglas Elliman, she supervises several junior agents.

“I’m fiercely loyal, ambitious, and protective of this team,” Srugo shared with TODAY.com. “I love and respect all these women, and I’m incredibly proud of how they represented themselves—conflict resolution and everything—on camera.”

Describing her connection to New York City, Srugo states, “it runs through my veins.”

“I was born and raised on these streets,” she asserts. “I’ve never left and I never will.”

She considers herself an “open book.”

“I can’t wait to share everything and be completely transparent about my life with the world and tell my story.”

During the show, Braff shared that her first major deal in New York City was with a celebrity ex-boyfriend.

“I was visiting and we met up, but I was really nervous. At that time, he was just starting out with no one really knowing who he was,” she recounted to a co-star.

Eventually, she revealed that the celebrity was Trevor Noah and cheekily asserted that she was the one with the better sense of humor in the relationship.

“Trevor would often use me for material,” she explained in a confessional. “While he did turn me into a punchline from time to time, he also borrowed my material, that’s for sure.”
