Kelly Stafford Shares Harrowing Experience of Waxing Her Own Vagina

Kelly Stafford did not hold back while recounting a recent mishap in her attempt to handle her grooming regimen all by herself.

“I have something to share,” Stafford, 36, said during the Thursday, June 26, episode of her “The Morning After” podcast. “About three weeks ago, I decided to wax my own vagina.”

She continued, “I’ve had it professionally waxed before, back when I had time, before kids. It’s such a great experience. There’s nothing quite like a freshly waxed vajayjay.”

Kelly and her husband, Los Angeles Rams quarterback Matthew Stafford, are parents to four daughters: twins Sawyer and Chandler, 8, Hunter, 6, and Tyler, 4.

Given her busy family life, Kelly shared, “I thought I could manage it myself.”

“Seriously, it was a painful experience,” she confessed. “I’ve never felt such agony.”

Kelly mentioned she attempted the waxing “completely sober,” joking that she “probably should have taken an edible.”

“It was challenging,” she reflected. “It was probably the worst decision I’ve made in a long time.”

Kelly described her ambition for a “full Brazilian” waxing, but ultimately “didn’t make it that far.”

“Let’s just say I only managed a bit at the front,” she explained. “I tried a few strips and thought, ‘Alright.’ … I sat there for 20 minutes, with one strip lingering, counting down from ’3, 2, 1,’ but I couldn’t bring myself to do it. I had to think of another way to remove it.”

While Kelly was struggling with her wax job, she revealed that Matthew, 37, was downstairs — though not far from her thoughts.

“A DIY waxing kit is around 20 bucks,” she pointed out. “You can do it yourself instead of going somewhere and spending fifty dollars for a professional wax. I was trying to save us some money!”

In May, Matthew secured a restructured contract with the Rams, earning him $44 million for the upcoming season.

As for why Kelly didn’t opt for laser treatment, she candidly explained.

“Because I’m blonde, not that everyone needs to know,” Kelly admitted.

Ultimately, Kelly gained a significant lesson at the conclusion of her home waxing escapade.

“I understand why some people choose to have bushes,” she stated bluntly. “I totally get it.”

While Kelly is usually very open on the podcast, she mentioned that she wasn’t eager for everyone to hear about her grooming experiences.

“So for this one, let’s just say I had to message my dad and tell him not to tune in this week,” Kelly shared via her Instagram Story on Thursday.
