Aaron Taylor-Johnson Comes to the Rescue as Ariana DeBose Faces a Wardrobe Malfunction
Aaron Taylor-Johnson is the ideal companion for navigating fashion crises.
Taylor-Johnson, aged 34, stepped in to assist Ariana DeBose when her shoe became entangled in her dress at the premiere of Kraven The Hunter on December 10 in New York City.
While striking a pose on stage, DeBose’s heel became caught in her elegant attire, which had a mesh skirt revealing her legs and a matching top that showcased her embroidered bralette. In a TikTok clip, 33-year-old DeBose requested Taylor-Johnson to hold her hand steady as she tried to disentangle her skirt from her heel.
DeBose laughed off the wardrobe mishap before seeking help from Taylor-Johnson. He promptly moved behind her and freed her heel from the mesh, all while she continued to chuckle. Once her outfit was adjusted, the co-stars returned to paying attention to the speaker.
@thehijabibounder But you all have no idea what it was like to witness this! @Kraven The Hunter is also a perfect gentleman, unless you find yourself on his list! The film is fantastic! Make sure to watch it because I need to know what happens next! Thank you @Sony Pictures for having me at the world premiere! We were the first audience to see it! #aarontaylorjohnson #kraventhehunter #premiere #sonypictures
Fans reacted enthusiastically in the comments, saying things like, “ATJ, MY SHOE IS STUCK, GET BEHIND ME TOO 😫😫.” Another user exclaimed, “Aaron helping Ariana DeBose with her dress not getting caught on her heels is the most adorable and polite scene to witness ❤️🌹.” A third comment read, “He’s so charming, my goodness.”
DeBose’s sultry appearance was enhanced by a mesh birdcage veil across her eyes, complemented by a bright red lip and diamond earrings.
Taylor-Johnson, on the other hand, looked dapper in a silky black button-up shirt beneath a rich wine-red velvet blazer. He accessorized with silver chain necklaces and dark trousers.
The storyline of Kraven the Hunter centers on Kraven (Taylor-Johnson) and his relationship with his father, which sets him on a quest for revenge, driving him to become the most skilled hunter globally and one of its most feared.
Film enthusiasts can catch the movie in theaters starting Friday, December 13.
