Allison Holker Discusses Her Minimal Botox Routine: “Less Is More”
Allison Holker is the most recent celebrity to disclose details about her cosmetic procedures.
On June 4, Holker, 37, responded to a fan inquiry about Botox on Instagram. After mentioning she was getting a “Botox refresh” and inviting her followers to send her questions in her DMs, she shared a screenshot where a fan asked how many units she receives and what the “dot” markings on her nose signify.
“I get a bare minimum of 20-30 units,” she responded, revealing that her doctor is Lauren Moy, located in Beverly Hills. “[Dr. Moy] places the dots on my face, and I trust her. She is the best,” the So You Think You Can Dance alum expressed.
In her selfie, Holker included an image of her face dotted with white markings, which act as guides for where to inject the Botox.
Holker also addressed another follower’s question, asking, “How do you know where to get it? Is it subtle?” She replied, “I tell my Dr. that I want it minimal. I still like a little expression. She helps guide me.”
Her Botox remarks came shortly after she discussed getting a boob job in a May episode of her “Between Us” podcast.
“I’ve wanted a boob job since high school, but because of my dance career, I never prioritized it. I thought it would require much more recovery time than it did after the procedure,” she explained, emphasizing her satisfaction with the results.
Holker isn’t alone in her candidness about surgeries lately.
On Tuesday, Charlie Sheen and Denise Richards’ daughter, Sami, shared details about her breast augmentation at 19.
“I got silicone, moderate profile, under the muscle, 350 cc,” Sami, 21, revealed while engaging with fans on social media.
Kylie Jenner also opened up about her surgery on Monday, June 2, telling a fan she requested “445 cc, moderate profile, half under the muscle!!!!! silicone!!!”
Jenner first discussed her boob job at age 19 in 2023.
