Andy Cohen Responds to Rachel Zoe Joining the Cast of RHOBH Season 15

Andy Cohen is excited to announce that fashion icon Rachel Zoe will be joining the cast of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills for its 15th season.

Cohen, 57, made his remarks shortly after Us Weekly exclusively revealed that Zoe, 53, was preparing for her highly anticipated return to reality television on RHOBH.

“We are thrilled to have Rachel on board; it’s absolutely amazing,” the television host and producer shared during the Tuesday, June 10 episode of SiriusXM’s Andy Cohen Live. “She has great relationships with Kathy [Hilton], Kyle [Richards], and even [Bozoma Saint John]. She was recently on Boz’s podcast. Her connection with Jennifer Tilly and possibly Sutton Stracke makes her a fantastic fit.”

Cohen sees Zoe as the “perfect addition” to the cast since “she’s entering a significant transitional phase in her life.”

“I was genuinely taken aback by the news of her split with [Rodger Berman]” he confessed.

Zoe made headlines in September 2024 when she announced that she and Berman, 56, were divorcing after 26 years of marriage.

“After 33 years together and 26 years married, Rodger and I have mutually decided to end our marriage,” she shared in an Instagram statement at the time. “We are incredibly proud of our loving family and the countless memories we’ve created.”

“Our children will always be our top priority,” Zoe continued. “We are committed to co-parenting our boys and continuing to work together on our various businesses. We kindly ask for privacy as we navigate this new chapter.”

Cohen revealed that he reached out to Zoe “a few months back” to discuss her potential involvement with RHOBH.

“I wanted to ensure she was fully prepared for it because it’s quite the experience. She was enthusiastic, saying, ‘I want to be part of this ensemble, I know them, and the timing feels perfect,’” he recounted on his radio show.

Cohen also teased upcoming storylines in RHOBH, hinting at exciting developments in Zoe’s life, particularly her new single chapter.

“She mentioned, ‘I’m dating, my life has changed,’ so viewers can expect to see a side of Rachel that we adore, but from a fresh perspective in her life, and I couldn’t be more excited,” he added.

Cohen isn’t the only one eager to see Zoe make her debut as a main cast member on RHOBH. Fans flooded the radio show’s Instagram to express their excitement about the fashion designer’s return to reality TV.

“This might just get me to watch housewives for the first time. I was obsessed with her prior show!” one fan commented, referencing Zoe’s earlier reality series, The Rachel Zoe Project, which aired on Bravo from 2007 to 2013.

“I absolutely LOVE Rachel Zoe! I adored her show and can’t wait to see her back on reality TV!!!!” another fan chimed in.

“Such an excellent choice!” a third user agreed.
