Ariana Madix Discusses Her Experiences with Fillers, Botox, and Laser Treatments
Ariana Madix is shedding light on her cosmetic enhancements.
The Vanderpump Rules star, 39, discussed the procedures she has explored—and those she is avoiding—during a Monday, May 19, episode of Page Six’s “Virtual Reali-Tea” podcast. Madix revealed that she recently underwent her “first laser treatment” aimed at improving skin laxity.
“I’ve been very curious about that for a long time. I keep things pretty minimal,” she said, adding that fine lines aren’t a major concern for her.
“That’s why we started on the lasers,” she noted, assuring fans that she would keep them informed about her experience. “I will report back after I’ve tried everything.”
For those who are not aware, laser treatments can enhance cellular regeneration, improving skin’s overall appearance.
The Dancing With the Stars alum mentioned that she gets Botox “every six months or so” and has tried fillers, but only in her lips.
“I just got a little bit in my lips because they were starting to feel really crusty,” Madix admitted. “I never go beyond 0.5 at a time since I don’t want to look overdone.” The TV star also explained that she’s “not even a candidate” for facial fillers due to her facial structure.
Although Madix is taking steps to counteract aging, she isn’t overly “preoccupied” with other signs of aging—despite the “pressure” to maintain a youthful appearance in Hollywood.
“I am in a position where that does matter, but I also understand … aging is inevitable.”
Previously, Madix addressed her cosmetic procedures through social media in July 2024 when a fan speculated about her looks.
“I’ll share what I’ve had!” Madix commented. “You’re partly right. [Botox] in [frown lines], outer brow, and my neck.” She also revealed she underwent a minor neck lift in 2019, alongside “minimal” lip and chin filler.
Madix then corrected a fan who speculated about her having upper eyelid surgery, denying the rumor. “I hope this helps! I’ll keep everyone updated if I decide to do anything else,” she promised.
