Ariana Zolciak Bids Farewell to Her ‘Childhood Home’
Ariana Biermann is feeling emotional as her estranged parents, Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann, prepare to sell their home in Georgia.
The 23-year-old Ariana shared a farewell video on social media on Thursday, December 26, featuring moments with her younger siblings — Kroy “KJ,” 13, Kash, 12, and twins Kaia and Kane, 11 — captured in various spots inside the house. (Ariana and her sister Brielle, 27, are daughters of Kim from a previous relationship, which Kroy later adopted.)
In her post, Ariana wrote: “Last Christmas in my childhood home thank you God for the amazing memories w my family — goodbye <3.”
While many fans expressed their support, some questioned whether it was indeed her childhood home. In a follow-up TikTok video posted on Saturday, December 28, Ariana clarified that she is simply “sad” about her family losing this home.
“More than that, it’s about where I watched my little siblings grow into the amazing people they are now, even though they are all taller than me,” Ariana, who now resides in New York, shared. “These [rooms] are where I created so many core memories with my family. I’ve lived there since I was 11. It is still my childhood home, like, come on.”
Ariana mentioned that it was “upsetting” to spend one last Christmas in the house and to pack her bedroom.
“I also had that room in, like, two different houses,” she remarked. “That was my iconic room!”
Kim, 46, and Kroy, 39, filed for divorce in May 2023 after 11 years of marriage. They purchased the Milton, Georgia property in 2012, a year after their wedding. The home, which was a significant setting on their Bravo reality show Don’t Be Tardy, features seven bedrooms, 11 bathrooms, a pool, a six-car garage, a movie theater, a gym, and a resort-style backyard.
It was initially listed for $6 million last year but was put up for public auction in November and has been on Fulton County’s foreclosure list since earlier this month, according to public records.
The public auction notice indicated that the estate would be “sold at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash.”
Reflecting on the impending sale, Ariana stated in her TikTok video: “It’s a new chapter, and as I always say, we are all alive, happy, healthy, breathing, and that’s a blessing in itself. I’m looking forward to seeing what this new chapter brings for my family and me.”
This real estate development follows a domestic violence call reported by police on November 27 from the Georgia home.
A report from the Milton Police Department, obtained by TMZ, indicated that Kim stated Kroy became physical in the presence of their children. The specific kids who allegedly witnessed the incident are unclear.
Kim recounted that an argument erupted while she was on a ladder removing curtains. She claimed that Kroy became confrontational and the situation escalated, leading him to physically remove her from the ladder and throw her down.
Kim reportedly informed law enforcement that she was injured during the alleged altercation. However, officers indicated that she declined to provide substantial evidence of any injuries to first responders. Kroy contended that Kim instigated the confrontation and struck him first.
The report noted that law enforcement could not identify a “primary aggressor,” resulting in no arrests being made.
Kim subsequently told TMZ on December 16 that her life with Kroy has been “torture.”
She elaborated, “There has been a consistent pattern of Kroy being the cause of issues. No one really understands what I have experienced over the last two-and-a-half to three years. I’m trying my best to take the high road.”
Kim added, “It’s going to take a significant amount of time for me to heal from the trauma I have endured.”
