Below Deck Med Recap: Aesha Opens Up About Drinking Milk from a Friend’s Breast

Below Deck Med‘s Aesha Scott dropped a surprising bombshell about her experience with breast milk — directly from a friend.

In the episode that aired on Monday, January 5, stew Kizzi Kitchener revealed that she had always been curious about trying breast milk. Aesha chimed in, sharing that she had “sucked milk out of my friend’s breasts before.”

“It was really nice, actually,” she commented. “It was very sweet. The milk comes from everywhere. I thought it only came from the nipple. It actually comes out of multiple holes. I didn’t know they had that many holes.”

Aesha added, “It’s fascinating. It’s like a rain shower. I was pretending to be a little lamb and [sucking] straight from the teat. It was so fun.”

Below Deck fans were not taken aback by Aesha’s revelation, as she is known for her candid nature. Previously on Below Deck Med, she spoke about sending pictures of her bowel movements to her fiancé Scott “Scotty” Dobson.

“When I have a really big one, I like to show Scott. He doesn’t appreciate it, but I do it anyway,” she mentioned during a July 2024 episode. “Every time I send him a photo of my poop, he says, ‘Honey, you really don’t need to send me that.’ He could try saying thank you.”

Off the screen, Aesha recounted an incident where she had to “finger” poop out of a shower drain for a charter guest.

During a January 2025 episode of Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen, when asked about the grossest task she performed while on a boat, Aesha replied, “I’m not here to judge, but fingering poop out of the shower plug hole for a guest was probably not the best experience.”

The chief stew clarified after host Andy Cohen seemed puzzled. “They pooped in the shower and didn’t want me to see it, so they stomped it into the drain and covered it thinking it would just wash away,” she explained.

Aesha went on, “But that’s not how plumbing works, and we ended up with a flood. I smelled something and then found it [in the shower].”

Earlier this season, the guests were featured when Kizzi attempted to clean up — despite one couple requesting she stay out of their room. She tried to do turnovers regardless, during which she caught an unpleasant smell in the bathroom. Kizzi then discovered poop in the shower, prompting Aesha to come to her rescue.

Below Deck Med airs on Bravo Mondays at 8 p.m. ET. New episodes are available for streaming the next day on Peacock.
