Birthday Portraits of Kate Middleton and Prince William’s Children
Princess Kate and Prince William have celebrated each of their children’s birthdays throughout the years with new portraits.
This heartwarming tradition began when their eldest son, Prince George, turned one in July 2014. The little boy was captured in a photo by John Stillwell, looking quite grown-up in Petit Bateau denim overalls, a navy polo shirt, and matching leather shoes.
“He was very lively, very confident, and very sure of himself,” Stillwell recalled in Us Weekly about the toddler at that time. “He’s a very determined young boy. And who does he resemble? I would say his father, William.”
George welcomed a little sister in May 2015 when Princess Charlotte was born, followed by Prince Louis in April 2018. While the eldest child of the Prince and Princess of Wales has been photographed for his birthday by many renowned photographers, including Mario Testino and Matt Porteous, George and his siblings have also been photographed by Kate herself.
