Brittany Snow Clarifies Plastic Surgery Speculations
Brittany Snow clarified the cosmetic procedures she has undergone.
On Friday, December 12, Snow, 39, disclosed all the treatments she has tried on her Instagram. This followed Molly Bailey, a cosmetic injector, who shared photos of the actress over the years and guessed she had received Botox.
“I’ve never had any surgery,” Snow stated. “Not one. No nose job (though some have suggested I should!) no eyelid surgery, no facelift. Absolutely nothing.” She added, “I’ve lost baby weight in my face, minimal Botox, and lasers. Just setting the record straight. ❤️.” In response, Bailey thanked Snow for her openness in the comments.
“You look stunning! Thanks for the transparency ❤,” the injector commented.
Snow appeared in the post alongside Anne Hathaway, Scarlett Johansson, Dakota Johnson, and Jennifer Lawrence, with side-by-side images of them.
“We’re not anti-aging, we’re pro Botox. ‘Natural’ doesn’t mean untouched, it means enhanced tastefully,” Bailey wrote in the post. “We embrace aging with treatments that facilitate it gracefully—strategic dosing, thoughtful placement, and balanced results. This tribute goes to my current cosmetic inspirations, where injectables have maintained their healthy skin and accentuated their features. Truly timeless.”
Previously, Snow discussed her perspective on body image in a November feature with Self.
“All I wanted was someone to reveal their secrets so I could follow suit,” she reflected. The Hunting Wives star continued, “I struggled with negative feelings about my body and couldn’t see myself as a beautiful, functional being. I focused only on my flaws.”

During that month, Snow also recounted being placed on a diet while working on John Tucker Must Die in 2006.
“I remember many wardrobe fittings for my underwear scene, and there was significant concern about how I would look,” she explained to Bustle, recalling wearing a red lace bra and low-waisted shorts.
She expressed, “I felt immense pressure. I had recently dealt with my mental health struggles and was not in a good place to face such scrutiny.” Snow admitted she was “put on a diet” and had to work out every morning before filming.
“However, I felt very safe with Betty Thomas, our director. It’s indicative of the era that [the kiss] was designed to be funny, awkward, and shocking, which is unfortunate because it holds significant meaning for many others,” she continued.
She compared her lingerie scene to those intimate moments with Malin Åkerman in The Hunting Wives, expressing her feelings of being “vulnerable” yet secure with the actress.
“I’m genuinely proud of myself because I’m fully exposed,” she exclaimed. “The atmosphere on Hunting Wives was uniquely different—it was steered by a female perspective regarding the showrunner, creator, camera operator, and intimacy coordinator. It was disheartening when people claimed that we executed Hunting Wives through a male gaze, as I wanted to clarify that there weren’t even any men present on set. All our directors were women, which made us feel immensely safe and supported.”
