Cara Delevingne Unveils Edgy Goth Black Shag Cut at Cannes 2025
Cara Delevingne bid farewell to her blonde tresses.
Delevingne, 32, showcased a stunning black-haired makeover at the History Of Sound premiere during the 2025 Cannes Film Festival on Wednesday, May 21. For her red carpet appearance, she looked almost unrecognizable without her signature honey-blonde locks. Instead, she flaunted a jet-black hairstyle, styled with short, wispy bangs and a shoulder-length wolf cut, completed with wet, wavy textures.
For her makeup, Delevingne opted for a bold look, featuring smokey brown eyeshadow paired with a nude cut crease and black eyeliner in her waterline. She complemented her seductive eye makeup with well-defined black eyebrows, bronzed cheeks, and lined pink lips.
The model accessorized her edgy makeup with a chic red dress, which boasted a deep scoop neck, short sleeves, a corset bodice, and a pleated A-line skirt.
Delevingne added just the right amount of sparkle to her outfit with an array of diamond rings and delicate earrings.
Prior to her red carpet appearance, Delevingne took to Instagram to share a sneak peek of her glamorous look. She uploaded a close-up selfie showcasing her makeup while playfully scrunching her nose and pouting at the camera.

This isn’t the first time Delevingne has changed up her hairstyle. Throughout the years, she has experimented with a platinum pixie cut, which she later dyed auburn before shaving it all off to rock a buzz cut in 2016. After letting her hair grow back, she was showcasing shoulder-length hair by 2019.
She is also one of the few who can confidently pull off pink strands, blue hair, and more.
