Chloe Fineman Gives a Tour of Her $5,500 NYC Apartment and Skincare Collection
Chloe Fineman opened up about her delightful New York City apartment, which she rents for $5,500 each month.
Just a month before disclosing her rent for the West Village pad, Fineman, 36, shared a peek into her bathroom on Instagram, showcasing a wall shelf brimming with skincare products.
“I’m about to do some skincare and then I’m like, what the f*** is this?” the Saturday Night Live star remarked in her video from April 13. “What is this hoarding of goos? Am I a witch casting spells with all these potions?”
Continuing with her humor, the comedian expressed how extravagant her collection has become, remarking that she felt “overwhelmed” by the multitude of bottles. “It’s wild. I have like seven face oils. I have no idea which one to use,” she jokingly conveyed to her fans.
Fineman acknowledged that she likely doesn’t need to rely on her extensive array of products. “I know seasons change and this may not be relatable, but this is outrageous and I could use a skin-tervention,” she confessed.
Her apartment was featured in a video on Sunday, May 24, posted on TikTok, where Fineman guided real estate influencer Caleb Simpson through her Manhattan home.

When asked by Simpson about her monthly rent, Fineman answered, “$5,500,” expressing surprise when he deemed it a good deal. “Is it?” she replied. “For a West Village girlie, that’s decent.”
During the tour, Fineman highlighted the beautiful crown molding, stating how excited she was about it. “It’s how I found the apartment,” she joked. “I kind of Googled, ‘Crown molding.’”
The video displayed several rooms separated by a vintage sliding door, along with some cracks in the ceiling. “Strategically, I think, ‘It’s falling apart. You can’t raise my rent,’” Fineman joked, leading Simpson to showcase her view outside.
Another amusing feature in her kitchen was the oven, which she admitted she uses for storage instead of cooking. “I have this in the oven, which is where I keep … typically wigs,” Fineman disclosed. “If I need to remember to buy a wig, I just shove it in the oven. Doesn’t everyone use the oven this way?”
Fans who viewed Simpson’s video, which Fineman shared on her Instagram, immediately chimed in with their thoughts on her multi-functional oven. “Using the oven for anything but cooking is so Carrie Bradshaw coded,” one commenter wrote, while another added, “True New Yorkers store crap in their oven😂.”
