Denise Richards Shares Stunning Before-and-After Facelift Images

Denise Richards is always candid about her life in and out of the limelight, including her journey with cosmetic surgery.

“@deniserichards is one of the most charming and beautiful individuals to ever grace this earth,” stated Richards’ doctor, facial plastic surgeon Dr. Ben Talei of Beverly Hills, in a joint announcement with the actress shared on Instagram on Saturday, March 21.

“It has been a wonderful pleasure and honor to be entrusted with her restoration, and more importantly, the preservation of her character and beauty,” Dr. Talei elaborated. “Describing the surgeries or procedures I perform is quite difficult because they are uniquely tailored and there’s no standard reference. You can see comprehensive improvements in any photo, analyzing every mm from top to bottom.”

The surgeon added, “Certain aspects that most surgeons might overlook—like eyebrow hair organization or forehead contour—are crucial. As we age, many subtle changes occur, such as the disorganization of eyebrow hair patterns.”

In the shared post on Saturday, Richards and her doctor revealed striking before-and-after photos, showcasing her transformation. The changes were evident, as many commenters noted.

“Absolutely stunning result,” praised one comment. “Truly amazing,” echoed another. “She is such a beauty—back to her Wild Things face.”

Dr. Talei continued to explain the modifications made to Richards’ face.

“In the after photo, you can observe how much more organized her appearance is due to the three-dimensional changes I can implement,” he stated. “The side view of the forehead contours shows a more youthful shape. Her gorgeous, stunning eyes were enhanced rather than altered. Even her earlobes improved from various angles. The previously sad or tired appearance around her eyes and mouth has been revitalized and reversed.”

Richards spoke about the procedure in a Friday, March 20, interview with Allure.

“I just wanted to elevate everything back to where it used to be,” Richards shared with the publication, admitting she felt “terrified” about the procedure, despite having undergone breast augmentation at 19 and a subsequent implant revision.

“Having been in the public eye since my 20s, people are familiar with my appearance—a facelift isn’t something I can conceal.”
Dr. Talei expressed his gratitude to Richards for her willingness to publicly share her journey.
