Elon Musk has welcomed a new baby with Shivon Zilis, marking his 14th child overall.
Zilis, 39, announced the arrival of their fourth child and second son in a post on X on Friday, February 28.
“I discussed with Elon, and considering beautiful Arcadia’s birthday, we thought it was best to directly share the news of our wonderful son Seldon Lycurgus,” she shared. “He’s built like a juggernaut, with a heart of gold. Love him so much ♥️.”
Acknowledging the announcement, Musk, 53, responded simply with a “♥️.” The exact date of the child’s birth remains unknown.
Musk has three children with the Neuralink executive: Arcadia, born in early 2024, and twins Strider and Azure, both born in November 2021.
This news follows an earlier announcement by author Ashley St. Clair via an X post on Friday, February 14, claiming she welcomed Musk’s 13th child five months prior.

“Five months ago, I welcomed a new baby into the world. Elon Musk is the father,” she stated. “I had not previously disclosed this to ensure our child’s privacy and safety, but it seems that tabloid media is intent on doing so regardless of the potential harm.”
She added: “I wish for our child to grow in a normal and safe environment. For this reason, I ask the media to respect our child’s privacy and avoid invasive reporting.”
In addition to these children, Musk has six kids with ex-wife Justine Wilson. The couple, married from 2000 to 2008, shares twins Vivian and Griffin, both aged 20, and triplets Kai, Saxon, and Damian, all 18. They also had a son named Nevada, who tragically passed away due to SIDS at 10 weeks old in 2002.
Musk later entered a relationship with Grimes (real name Claire Boucher) in 2018, with whom he has three children. They welcomed son X Æ A-Xii in May 2020, followed by their daughter, Exa Dark Sideræl, born a year later via surrogate. Isaacson’s book also confirmed their son Techno Mechanicus. Musk spoke about fatherhood after X’s birth in an interview with The New York Times in July 2020.
“Babies are just eating and pooping machines, you know?” he remarked. “At this stage, there’s not much I can do. Grimes has a much more significant role right now. … As the kids grow older, I’ll have a larger role.”
