Over the years, various rumors have emerged concerning the Kardashian kids. Their parents — and occasionally the kids themselves — have stepped in to set the record straight.
In March 2025, Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick’s son Reign addressed claims suggesting that his biological father might be Justin Bieber. (Kourtney and Scott broke up in July 2015, sharing Reign, Mason, and Penelope. Kourtney supposedly had a brief relationship with Bieber in late 2015.)
“No, he’s not,” Reign stated during an Instagram Live hosted by stepsister Alabama Barker’s boyfriend, Scooter Jackson. “Bro, I swear, Justin Bieber is not my dad. Scotty … Scotty … Scotty is my dad. I don’t know how old my mom was, but I think Justin Bieber was 16 when I was born. I don’t think my mom would do that.”
That same month, Kourtney dismissed a conspiracy theory suggesting that her other son Mason has a child.
“I hardly ever comment on rumors or conspiracy theories about myself or my family, but this situation involves my child, and it feels wrong to let anyone believe for a moment that these lies are true,” she expressed via Instagram. “They are not true. Mason does not have a child.”

Kourtney Addresses Rumor About Mason Having a Baby
In March 2025, Kourtney rejected conspiracy theories that gained traction on TikTok, claiming that Mason had a secret Instagram account sharing updates on a baby named Piper. She clarified that the accounts pretending to be her son are “fake.”
“My son values his privacy,” she emphasized via Instagram. “Please be considerate. He is a child with feelings and [has] a bright future ahead of him. Please stop spreading false narratives and lies.”
Reign Denies Rumor That Justin Bieber is His Father
During an Instagram Live shared by Alabama’s boyfriend, Kourtney’s son, Reign, dismissed the theory that Bieber is his father.
“Bro, I swear, Justin Bieber is not my dad,” he declared in March 2025. “Scotty is my dad.”
Kourtney Addresses Alleged Social Media Accounts of Mason
In July 2022, false Instagram accounts began circulating, claiming to be Mason and alleging that Kylie Jenner was set to marry Travis Scott. Kourtney quickly defended her son, stating that he wasn’t active on social media at the time.
“After months of believing you all would know that is NOT Mason on these fake accounts, some of you still don’t,” she posted on X. “So, let me be very clear: that is NOT Mason on those fake social media accounts discussing our family.”
Kylie’s Bodyguard Refutes Claim He’s Stormi’s Father
After Stormi’s arrival in February 2018, speculation arose that she was the daughter of Kylie’s bodyguard, Tim Chung — but he promptly denied these claims. (Kylie shares daughter Stormi and son Aire with ex Travis.)
“I’m a very private person and normally wouldn’t respond to gossip and stories that are so absurd they’re laughable,” Chung stated in an Instagram message in May 2018. “Out of respect for Kylie, Travis, their daughter, and their families, I want to clarify that my interactions with Kylie and her family have been solely professional. There’s no story here, and I request that the media cease including me in any narrative that is incredibly disrespectful to their family.”
Khloé Responds to Commentator Who Claimed Chicago Isn’t Kim’s Child
Khloé Kardashian reacted to a social media user who asserted that Chicago isn’t really Kim Kardashian’s daughter because she “would either resemble Kanye [West] or the surrogate.” (Kim and Kanye welcomed Chicago via surrogate in January 2018. They also have daughter North, and sons Saint and Psalm.)

Kim Responds to Allegation That North Copied ZaZa’s Yeezy Performance
After North made a surprise appearance at Kanye’s Yeezy Season 8 show during Paris Fashion Week in March 2020, viral star ZaZa’s parents highlighted similarities between North’s performance and their daughter’s hit “What I Do?”
“We take PRIDE in creativity and believe that whether a child or an adult is involved, creativity deserves RESPECT and homage!” ZaZa’s parents wrote on her Instagram account at the time. “What @kimkardashian (Kanye West) are doing with their daughter… while inspired by ZaZa & our family is okay… we aren’t upset, BUT PLEASE SHOW LOVE AND SUPPORT TO THE ORIGINAL FIRST!!! We admire Kanye West and cherish his journey. However, we don’t want to feel like our daughter’s journey in entertainment is being STIFLED. THANK YOU!”
Kim chimed in on the comments section of the post to defend her daughter, while also acknowledging ZaZa.
“We love you, North is a huge fan and records in the studio constantly with her dad and looks up to ZaZa and loves Lay Lay too!” she clarified. “Today’s performance of North’s remix of ZaZa’s song was something she requested at the last moment and was a complete surprise. I didn’t mean to overlook giving credit where it’s due. Would love for the girls to meet soon.”
