Guinness Float Recipe Inspired by the Lotte New York Palace

Whether you’re heading to the iconic Lotte New York Palace hotel for St. Patrick’s Day or planning a cozy celebration at home, there’s a special way to enjoy the holiday.

The Lotte New York Palace, situated in Midtown Manhattan and established in 1882, has been crafting their renowned Guinness Float every St. Patrick’s Day. Guests can indulge in this delightful concoction of Bailey’s Irish Cream ice cream and a sidecar of Jameson Irish Whiskey at their Gilded Age-inspired bar, The Gold Room, available until March 17.

“It’s a sensory journey that blends the rich, bold flavors of Ireland’s most cherished beverages,” noted the Off the MRKT blog in a March 2024 article. “It’s not merely a drink; it symbolizes the fusion of tradition and luxury to produce something truly remarkable.”
