Harry Potter Cast: What They’re Up to Now
Throughout a decade, the cast of Harry Potter enchanted millions of fans globally with their magic and mischief.
Adapted from the seven-book series by J.K. Rowling, stars Daniel Radcliffe, Emma Watson, and Rupert Grint won the hearts of audiences from 2001 to 2011, portraying Harry Potter, Hermione Granger, and Ron Weasley, respectively. The eight-film saga amassed over $7.5 billion worldwide, solidifying its place as one of the highest-grossing film franchises ever.
Since the last film premiered, the actors have explored various paths in their careers, yet their bond remains strong. Bonnie Wright, who took on the role of Ginny Weasley, expressed her fondness for her co-stars in an exclusive interview with Us Weekly in February 2020.
“It’s incredible,” she remarked about the experiences she has shared with her fellow cast members, on and off the screen. “Very powerful.”
The cast reunited for a special retrospective to mark the 20th anniversary of Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone, which aired on Max in January 2022. “It feels like both no time and a lot of time has gone by,” Watson noted in the trailer.
