Influencer Nara Smith Is Keeping Her Breastmilk Frozen in the Snow

Influencer Nara Smith has showcased her creativity, demonstrating a clever method to keep her breastmilk cold this winter.

On Thursday, February 26, Smith, 24, posted an Instagram photo showing her breastmilk bags nestled in the snow, explaining that her new storage solution was a necessity.

“Ripped out kitchen. Construction and no access to fridge and freezer = milk in snow,” she captioned, indicating that her home renovations with husband Lucky Blue Smith forced her to adapt her usual storage methods.

Just a week earlier, Nara had informed her followers that their New England home was undergoing another round of renovations due to “water damage” from a recent snowstorm.

“POV: You’re in denial about how the house you just renovated is getting ripped apart again,” Nara documented via Instagram on February 17, sharing a video of her kitchen stripped down.

Amidst her challenges, the model had a reason to celebrate this month. On February 22, she revealed via Instagram that she and Lucky, 27, had reached their sixth wedding anniversary.

“POV: It’s your six-year wedding anniversary. You just had your fourth child and smile at your younger selves not knowing what the future had in store,” Nara captioned a montage video filled with sweet memories of her and her husband.

She added, “Feels like yesterday🤍.”

Nara and Lucky married in 2020, welcoming their first child, Rumble Honey, that same year. They later had son Slim Easy in 2022 and daughter Whimsy Lou in 2024.

The couple disclosed in June 2025 that they were expecting their fourth child, which would also be Lucky’s fifth, as he shares a daughter, Gravity, with ex-girlfriend Stormi Bree Henley.

Their daughter Fawnie Golden was born in October 2025. Nara expressed via Instagram, “Our little golden girl born on my birthday [was] welcomed to this world by Lucky. Her entry into this world was graceful, gentle, and oh so magical. Soaking all the love and snuggles!🤍.”

Throughout their marriage, Nara, a mother of four, has been associated with the “trad wife” movement.

Amid speculations that she used a surrogate for her fourth child, Nara Smith is sending a clear message to fans. “Women’s bodies are pure magic — divinely designed to create, grow, and nurture life. We serve as a bridge between heaven and earth guiding life into this world,” Nara, 24, shared.

After sharing videos that depict her enjoying traditional stay-at-home mom tasks, often while donning high-fashion outfits, she has become synonymous with the label.

However, Nara emphasizes that she and Lucky are unconcerned with the labels that others assign to them.

“I think [people] just project whatever they’re feeling onto us because it might be easier for them,” Nara told Us Weekly in November 2024. “We simply do our thing. If it resonates, great. If not, that’s okay too.”

She mentioned, “We really don’t pay too much attention” to external opinions regarding their lifestyle.

Later, during a July 2025 episode of the “On Purpose” podcast, Nara discussed her traditional marriage label.

“The other day, someone said to me, ‘You lead a very traditional way of life.’ I was like, ‘What do you mean?’” she explained. “We split chores. I work. My husband works. We have children. We do everything equally. I cook because I love it, not because it’s expected of me. Lucky does the cleaning. There’s nothing traditional about that.”

Nara added, “And then they pointed out, ‘Well, you had kids at 19 and married at 18.’ I replied, ‘And?’ They said, ‘That’s traditional.’ I responded, ‘Oh, I suppose that is traditional then.’”

She clarified, “It never crossed my mind because I’ve always believed in letting people make their own choices and celebrating their unique paths. … I find it perplexing that some would harbor negative opinions about my decision to start my life early.”

Despite varied online opinions about Nara Smith, her husband Lucky Blue Smith, and their perceived traditional lifestyle, the couple remains unfazed by external chatter. “I think [people] just project whatever they’re feeling onto us because it might be easier for them,” Nara, 23, stated in an exclusive interview with Us Weekly recently.

Nara reiterated, “There’s nothing truly traditional about our relationship; we just chose to have kids and marry young. Beyond that, we share responsibilities equally.”

She noted that Lucky engages in tasks that “traditional men wouldn’t do,” such as washing dishes and getting the kids ready.

“And there are things I do as well, like managing a full-time career while Lucky stays home with the kids when I travel for work. Which might not fit the traditional mold,” Nara said, acknowledging that public perception can be tricky.

Nara concluded: “I’m not perfect. No one is perfect. Everyone has their flaws, regardless of how highly we may regard them.”
