Jenn Tran Shares Her Journey with Hair Loss and the Success of PRP Injections
Jenn Tran stays authentic.
Tran, 27, took to Instagram on Wednesday, May 28, to speak candidly about her hair loss journey. “Always keeping it real with you all!!!” the former Bachelorette captioned a photo of herself in a doctor’s office. “I’ve noticed some thinning at the front of my hair and want to try to stimulate more growth there.”
She went on to discuss her discovery of PRP injections, a treatment that involves processing a patient’s blood to concentrate platelets. The enriched blood is injected into the area to encourage healing and promote cell growth and regeneration. “I’ve learned extensively about PRP injections in school and researched clinical trials,” Tran shared. “I’ll keep you posted on my experience!”
Even in a doctor’s office, Tran maintained her style. For her appointment, she donned a nude mock-neck zip-up and matching pants with white lining.
The Dancing With the Stars season 33 contestant accessorized with delicate gold bracelets, a black purse finished with a gold chain, and a chocolate brown manicure. She styled her brunette hair in a half-up look.
On social media, Tran also shared a video of herself relaxing in the doctor’s chair while receiving her injections.
“So grateful I trusted @look_by_leah!!” she shared. “I love my PAs ❤️.”
Tran has been open about her cosmetic enhancements in the past. In June 2024, she revealed she got lip filler for the first time via TikTok.
“I’ve always wanted a little lip filler, just never had the opportunity,” she explained in her social media clip. “I just wanted to enhance the natural beauty of my face without looking overly done.”
She continued, noting that her lips were still slightly swollen, “I’m really loving how they look so far. They will decrease in size. It does sting a bit.”
At that time, Tran also admitted to applying false lash extensions weekly to enhance her own. “Being transparent is really important to me,” she emphasized.
The TV personality also mentioned to Us Weekly in January that she’s dabbled in a bit of Botox to “even” out her eyebrows and focus on facial symmetry.
