Jenna Bush Hager Debuts Leslie Bibb’s White Lotus Bob Haircut in a Live Broadcast

Jenna Bush Hager is always ready to embrace a new hairstyle.

Bush Hager, 43, wrapped up Today with a delightful surprise—she debuted a new haircut on Monday, June 16. Following the trend set by Leslie Bibb, Bush Hager revealed that she opted for a bob style.

“You’re such a badass, you’re cool. I love this,” Bibb, 51, cheered the talk show host on. The actress, who had also transformed her look with a bob before filming The White Lotus, handed Bush Hager a piece of her cut hair, prompting her to exclaim, “Whoa that’s so short.”

“Tomorrow, you’ll see the full look,” Bibb assured viewers at home. As Chris McMillan, the stylist behind Jennifer Aniston’s iconic “Rachel” haircut from Friends and also the creator of Bibb’s look, continued to shape Bush Hager’s hair, she mentioned that one of her daughters had advised her against the trendy choice.

“My daughter was like, ‘Mom don’t do it,’” she recounted. “‘You’re gonna regret it.’” (Jenna shares daughters Mila, 13, Poppy, 9, and son Hal, 5, with her husband Henry Chase Hager.)

McMillan reassured Jenna, claiming her new style would definitely appear “modern and sexy.”

In March, Bibb revealed how she achieved her blunt bob, which she humorously referred to as a “c***y little bob” on social media.

“Some people have ‘The Rachel,’ I have the c***y little bob,” she joked while toying with her hair, which was cut slightly below her ears.

McMillan then chimed in, explaining that he was cutting her hair “straight across, slightly angled [and] longer in the front.”

He elaborated that having a low-maintenance hairstyle was crucial for Bibb during her filming in humid Thailand. “I think we nailed it, and we also created an iconic look,” he praised in the reel.
