Jennifer Flavin, Sylvester Stallone’s Wife, Discusses Trans Nepo Babies
Sylvester Stallone’s spouse, Jennifer Flavin, has expressed her controversial opinion on transgender children in Hollywood, asserting that they lack “structure.”
“I believe Hollywood is fundamentally about expression. So, in whatever way you choose to express yourself,” Flavin, 57, shared on Katie Miller’s podcast, as highlighted by Fox News on October 17. Miller, 34, inquired about Flavin’s thoughts on the increasing number of “transgender children in Hollywood, especially those from celebrity families,” stating, “Is there something in the water in Hollywood?”
Flavin elaborated, “If you feel like a cat today, then you’re a cat,” seemingly alluding to the debunked myth of litter boxes being provided in schools for children identifying as cats according to Snopes.
“It’s quite loosey-goosey,” the former model noted. “We must understand that these kids aren’t our accessories. They are little human beings in need of structure, which is crucial for helping their minds organize everything.”
Flavin highlighted that Hollywood environments often lack adequate parenting.
“Growing up in Hollywood homes often means there’s insufficient structure due to the abundance of private planes, gigantic homes with chefs, secretaries, assistants, housekeepers, and nannies,” she stated. “It can be overwhelming for children.”
Flavin added that, while individuals can choose who they want to be as adults, children should be nurtured “with good common sense.”
“My daughters were tomboys,” Flavin reflected on her and Stallone’s daughters, Sophia, 29, Sistine, 27, and Scarlet, 23. (Stallone, 79, also shares sons Seargeoh, 49, and the late Sage, who passed away at 36 due to coronary artery disease in 2012.)

“[My daughters] preferred pants over dresses, and they adored sports,” Flavin shared. “But I never told them, ‘Oh, you’re a boy now.’ I simply said, ‘You love sports and hanging out with boys, that’s wonderful.’”
Her comments come amid several celebrities voicing their support for their trans and nonbinary children, including Robert De Niro, Marlon Wayans, Gabrielle Union, and more. Earlier in March, Rosie O’Donnell took to TikTok to share her move to Ireland to protect her child Clay, who uses they/them pronouns, from the political climate in the U.S.
“Though I didn’t see myself relocating to another country, I decided it was best for myself and my 12-year-old child,” she stated.
O’Donnell, 63, later informed Us Weekly that Clay has acclimated well to their new environment.
“There’s an excellent school there, and Clay has thrived. They received a warm welcome,” she mentioned. “I adore the small town; it’s in the heart of Dublin, yet it retains its village charm where you know the grocer and cashiers by name. The kindness of the people continues to amaze me every day.”
The complete interview with Flavin will be available on “The Katie Miller Podcast” on Monday, October 20, at 6 p.m. ET.
