Jesse McBee of the McBee Dynasty Claims Alli Earns More in Prenup Controversy
Jesse McBee opened up about his and wife Alli McBee’s financial circumstances after his brother Steven McBee Jr. urged them to consider a prenuptial agreement.
“She earns more than I do,” Jesse shared exclusively with Us Weekly on Wednesday, August 27, while promoting the season 2 finale of The McBee Dynasty: Real American Cowboys.
He joked, “So, I probably should have been the one to sign a prenup anyway,” which elicited laughter from Alli, who was beside him during the interview.
In a recent episode of the Bravo series aired on Monday, August 25, Steven took aside his brothers, Cole McBee and Brayden McBee, during Jesse and Alli’s rehearsal dinner to discuss finances.
“I haven’t received any updates on the prenup,” Steven, who serves as CEO of their family business McBee Farm & Cattle, mentioned to his younger siblings.
Neither Cole nor Brayden were aware of Jesse’s intentions regarding a potential prenuptial agreement with Alli, but Jesse later informed Steven that he would not sign one. (Steven suggested that if Alli and Jesse were to divorce, she could claim 12.5 percent of the farm, which translates to “multi, multi millions.”
“I don’t believe that will happen. Alli is clearly very different from any other girl,” Jesse explained to his brother. “For her and for us, it’s truly best that we didn’t.”
Steven left the conversation, asserting, “This could have negative repercussions for the rest of us.”
Reflecting on that moment, Jesse expressed to Us his pride in standing his ground with Steven.

“I felt quite nervous. You don’t usually see me go against my brothers or my dad; it’s not something I typically do. This was definitely a first for me,” he admitted on Monday. “I was anxious but knew the right decision had to be made, hoping Steven would eventually understand.”
Jesse acknowledged that he grasped Steven’s perspective and his intent to establish rules for the family, but emphasized that Alli is unique.
“He was friends with Alli long before I was. I believe he ultimately understood where I was coming from and recognized the kind of person she is,” Jesse elaborated, noting that Alli has been part of the McBee family since she was his high school sweetheart.

Jesse, who wed Alli in October 2024 and has since welcomed their daughter Summer, now four months old, told Us that everything “works out” and that it was “beneficial” to discuss matters with Steven.
“I believe it was necessary. At some point in everyone’s life, you must stand your ground and establish your principles,” he concluded. “I see this as a pivotal moment for my growth and who I aim to be.”
The McBee Dynasty: Real American Cowboys season 2 finale is set to air on Bravo Monday, September 1, at 9 p.m. ET.
