Jessica Alba Seen for the First Time Following Cash Warren Separation
Jessica Alba was seen out for the first time since the news of her separation from husband Cash Warren emerged.
The 43-year-old actress was spotted in Los Angeles, as reported by Page Six on Tuesday, January 14. In the photos, Alba was at the grocery store Erewhon, grabbing a quick bite.
Alba appeared cheerful as she walked through the parking lot. She wore a cozy oversized brown sweater paired with a light blue jacket, baggy blue jeans, and white sneakers. With her hair down and sunglasses on, she embraced the bright California day while accessorizing with gold hoop earrings and a tan Chanel crossbody purse.
Notably, Alba did not seem to be wearing her wedding ring on her left hand.
The source also shared that Alba later enjoyed a picnic at a Hollywood park with her son Hayes, 7, and one of his friends.
This sighting marks Alba’s first public appearance since TMZ reported her separation from Warren, 46, after 16 years of marriage. Neither Alba nor Warren has made any public comments regarding the breakup.
Alba and Warren began their relationship in 2004 while working on the set of Fantastic Four. Alba played the role of Storm, while Warren was involved in production as a production assistant.
The couple married in May 2008 when Alba was nine months pregnant with their first child, Honor, who is now 16 years old. They welcomed her a month later. Their family grew again in August 2011 with the birth of their daughter Haven, followed by their son Hayes in December 2017.
Just six months before their split, Warren expressed to Us Weekly how much he and Alba had invested in their relationship over the years.
“Ultimately, the friendship and support, and just knowing that your partner is there for you means everything to us,” Warren told Us in July 2024. “I think that’s the secret—having each other’s backs. It’s hard work, but we roll up our sleeves and we do it. It’s wild. It’s the longest relationship I could have ever envisioned.”
Three months earlier, Alba opened up about her marriage during a discussion with Katherine Schwarzenegger Pratt.
“The first 2 ½ years are great, but after that, you feel like you’ve become roommates,” Alba shared on Schwarzenegger’s “BDA Baby” podcast. “It’s like you’re just going through the motions—dealing with responsibilities and checking off the boxes.”
