Justin Timberlake Teases About Being Travis Kelce’s Backup Dancer
This is Travis Kelce’s world, and we’re all just living in it—including Justin Timberlake.
Timberlake, 44, joked about becoming the Kansas City Chiefs tight end’s backup dancer as he shared a video of their dance moves on Instagram.
“We are just @killatrav‘s backup dancers now,” he captioned the video from Wednesday, April 30.
The clip was filmed at Timberlake’s 8AM Invitational golf tournament in Las Vegas last weekend, featuring Kelce, 35, leading the former NSYNC member and comedian Andrew Santino in an improvised dance routine on the golf course. With his club as a makeshift microphone, Kelce took charge, while Timberlake and Santino, 41, danced behind him.
As Kelce improvised at the video’s end, he and Timberlake laughed and exchanged a handshake.
Of the trio, only Timberlake has experience in professional dancing, which was evident in the video. Santino humorously commented, “The tequila had me leaning.”
“The vibes were unmatched!!” Kelce remarked, prompting one fan to suggest that the three of them should join Kelce’s girlfriend, Taylor Swift, as backup dancers on her tour.
The internet buzzed over Jason Kelce’s shirtless moment at the Kansas City Chiefs vs. Buffalo Bills game, but Travis Kelce only heard about it after the Chiefs’ victory. “My brother was shirtless? No, that doesn’t surprise me at all,” Travis, 34, commented to Westwood One Sports after the Sunday, January 21, NFL game.
The tournament marked a rare public appearance for Travis, who has kept a low profile since the Chiefs lost the Super Bowl in February. With the football season concluded and Swift’s Eras Tour wrapped up, the couple wanted to enjoy a more normal life together, as a source told Us Weekly.
“Taylor and Travis are doing great, and they’re still very much together and in love,” the source added. “They’re just taking a break from the public eye.”
Kelce and his brother Jason, who joined him in Vegas, briefly discussed the trip on their “New Heights” podcast episode from Wednesday, April 30. While Jason, 37, enjoyed spending time with his brother and meeting Timberlake, Travis couldn’t refrain from teasing him about an unflattering photo that surfaced on Instagram.
The picture shows Jason on the golf course in a white tank top that offered a less-than-flattering view of his chest.
“It’s a solid C cup,” Jason joked. “Ds maybe. Is it my nipples? Are my nipples hard? Why are my nipples hard?”
“Dude, you might need to go get some tit reduction,” Travis suggested, but Jason was quick to decline the notion.
“No, no, no, I’m a fan of them,” he retorted, attributing his look to the thermostat, despite the photo being taken outdoors.
