Kailyn Lowry from Teen Mom Shares Her Upcoming Plastic Surgery Plans

Teen Mom alum Kailyn Lowry is gearing up for another surgery.

“I’m getting my neck done in two weeks, so I’m sort of holding off on Botox until after that,” Lowry, 33, mentioned during the Tuesday, August 12, episode of iHeartRadio’s “Coffee Convos” podcast.

She added that her tattoo might “shift” and become less visible due to the upcoming surgery.

“I’m excited to finally have a defined jawline. What’s strange is that when I sit up straight, I don’t really have a double chin, right? But from certain angles, I sometimes have three,” she remarked.

Lowry revealed that the procedure aims to eliminate her double chin “completely,” although she acknowledged there’s “always a chance” it could come back.

“My doctor mentioned I might need another one in 20 years. Hopefully, in 20 years, I’ll be taking a dirt nap anyway,” she joked.

Throughout the years, Lowry has been open about her cosmetic procedures. In December 2024, she noted that she was taking time to recover after having a breast reduction. The following month, she updated fans about her tummy tuck revision.

“We’re 5 days post-op,” she said in a TikTok video at that time. “I’m trying to cut down on pain meds, don’t want to risk addiction. I’m really uncomfortable. [Lowry’s friend] Sterling [Black] is about to help me take a shower, and then I’m going to do some lymphatic massage. I’m getting around, just a bit uncomfortable.”

Lowry clarified that she “did not have a butt transfer or a BBL or anything like that.”

Kailyn Lowry provided an update on her recovery after her tummy tuck revision. “We’re 5 days post-op,” Lowry, 32, said in a TikTok video on Saturday, February 2, adding, “I’m trying to cut down on pain meds, don’t want to risk addiction. “After combining my C-section scar with the tummy tuck, I have significant bruising in my butt cheek,” she explained. “No matter what surgery you have, be sure to take laxatives or Miralax or whatever else you need.”

Earlier this year, Lowry opened up about her struggles with mental health and body dysmorphia.

“I hope my kids never feel so insecure about their bodies that they resort to drastic measures to be skinny,” she expressed in an Instagram video. “I think minor procedures like a nose job or breast enhancement are fine, but going to such lengths for the sake of being skinny is truly a mental health issue. I say this with the utmost respect for anyone dealing with it.”

She continued, “Not just for my daughter, but for my sons as well, I don’t want them to go through this level of body dysmorphia. I was willing to do anything, even if it meant being away during Christmas, just to be skinny.”

Lowry shares son Isaac, 15, with Jo Rivera, son Lincoln, 11, with Javi Marroquin, and sons Lux, 8, and Creed, 5, with Chris Lopez. She and Elijah Scott welcomed son Rio in 2022 and announced the birth of twins Verse and Valley in 2024.
