North West has bid farewell to her eyebrows.
The 12-year-old daughter of Kim Kardashian and Kanye West unveiled her new futuristic style on TikTok on Sunday, December 14. While singing with her mother, Kardashian, 45, in a car, North showcased her striking white brow hairs. She enhanced her bleached brows with a full face of makeup, featuring dewy skin and rosy cheeks, along with long lashes and glossy, lined lips.
North styled her blue hair straight and parted down the middle. She embraced her edgy look with an all-black ensemble, including a zip-up hoodie and loose-fitting pants.
She completed her outfit with black-and-white sneakers, oversized sunglasses, a diamond choker, and a leather handbag.
Kardashian, for her part, appeared stylish in a black leather bomber jacket, skin-tight coral trousers, and thigh-high boots. She matched North by donning black shades. Her brunette locks were slicked back into a ponytail with curled ends.
Recently, North has been making headlines for her bold fashion choices. Just last week, she responded to critics of her finger piercing on TikTok.
“This is for everyone who’s upset about a finger piercing,” she captioned a video where she mouthed, “Why are you crying? How old are you? Just get it together.”
This video came after comments criticizing the piercing and Kardashian’s decision to allow her daughter to have it, shared via X in October.
“That makes me wince just to see it😣🤢 It must be so bothersome! And it’s perfectly positioned to get infected all the time,” one user commented. Another added, “That’s going to be impossible to heal…”
A dermal piercing is flat against the skin and lacks a separate entry or exit point, according to Byrdie. Finger piercings are prone to infection due to frequent contact and movement of the hand.
In November, North reassured fans that her finger piercing was not a big deal. When one fan expressed heartbreak over her getting a finger piercing, the official account for North and Kardashian replied, “It’s OK.”
While some individuals expressed disapproval of her piercing, many fans did not question it.
“Most parents around her age don’t let them express themselves (I was one of those kids). People need to allow her to live her life as she wishes without judging her or Kim’s parenting choices,” one commenter wrote. Another agreed, saying, “Her mom is simply allowing her to explore her identity. It’s akin to getting your ears pierced. North isn’t a baby, and her mother is being supportive and letting her be herself.”
In October, North showcased her playful side with a faux septum piercing and a black grill while hanging out with friends. She also adorned her face with temporary tattoos and bright blue contact lenses.
North has a history of experimenting with faux piercings. In 2022, she wore a fake nose ring while attending a fashion show with Kardashian.
