Kristin Cavallari and Laguna Beach Originals Come Together for Live Podcast Recording
Kristin Cavallari had a heartwarming reunion with some of her former Laguna Beach castmates during a live recording of her podcast.
On Saturday, March 8, Cavallari, 38, hosted a live episode of her “Let’s Be Honest” podcast in Chicago, part of her The Headline Tour. The alum of Laguna Beach and The Hills took to Instagram to share various photos and videos from the event, which featured guest Harry Jowsey.
In another snapshot, Cavallari was joined onstage by her former Laguna Beach co-stars — Lala Olsen, Jason Wahler, Alex Murrel, Talan Torriero, and Jess Revans. “Chicago got wild!!!!” she captioned the post. “Love my OG Laguna crew and my fave @harryjowsey.”
Members of the “OG Laguna crew” took to social media to share their experiences from the show. Murrel, 38, posted a glimpse of her night in Chicago on Sunday, March 9, via Instagram, writing, “I love Chicago 🫶🏼 so many laughs, talks, hugs, and memories made! Thank you @kristincavallari for having us 🤍.”
Olsen, on her part, shared a video on Instagram featuring the “OG Laguna crew” dancing backstage prior to Cavallari’s show, all lip-syncing, “We’re back!”
The reunion of the Laguna crew at Cavallari’s live taping may be featured in her upcoming E! docuseries, which she announced earlier this month. On the March 4 episode of “Let’s Be Honest,” Cavallari revealed her return to television, with the docuseries intended to “follow the entire podcast tour journey.”
“I know I’ve claimed I wouldn’t return to reality TV a million times, but this is different,” she explained. “This isn’t just about my personal life. I’m not dating for the show, nor are we creating drama for storylines. It’s genuinely a docuseries in the truest sense.”
Honestly Cavallari: The Headline Tour is set to debut on E! on Thursday, June 5. Cavallari aims to make the show “as authentic as possible,” adding, “I’m thrilled to share the behind-the-scenes. I’ll save the juicy details for the show and the podcast itself.”
The Headline Tour commenced in Atlanta on Friday, March 7, with plans to visit four cities, including Chicago, Boston, and New York.
“The audience has been incredibly engaged, supportive, and honest with me over the last year, so I’m beyond excited to finally meet everyone in person,” Cavallari stated about the podcast in a Variety report at the tour’s announcement in December 2024.
“Every stop on the tour will feature a guest who has been a significant part of the podcast, and we’ll dive deeper into those stories,” she added. “This podcast has shown me the liberating power of complete honesty, and I can’t wait to share more of this experience with all of you.”
