Lily Collins Reveals Her Favorite Outfit from Season 5 of Emily in Paris
Lily Collins revisited her character Emily Cooper’s wardrobe, reminiscing about her favorite outfits from season 5 of Emily in Paris.
“Lady in red — one of my favorite looks,” she posted on Instagram on Sunday, December 28, thanking her fans for binge-watching the latest episodes and keeping her show at the top of the charts. “Thank you for making @emilyinparis #1 on @netflix for an entire week! We’re feeling the love and couldn’t do this without you…”
Collins, 36, showcased a dreamy Parisian outfit, featuring a red sheer long-sleeved top adorned with an intricate pattern and a skirt with a bold bubble hem from Marine Serre’s Fall/Winter 2024 collection.
She completed the look with matching mesh flock tights and pointed toe “Glass” Paul Andrew pumps in “tomato spazzolato,” which come with sculptural translucent plexiglass heels nearly four inches tall, inspired by East London glassblower Jochen Holz.
“You look stunning in those shoes. I hope you enjoyed wearing them as much as I enjoyed watching you in them,” the renowned fashion designer complimented.
To enhance her unforgettable look, Collins carried the 3D-printed Alhambra bag from Egyptian brand MESH–MESH, priced at $746.
“With its vibrant colors and playful sculptural design, the Alhambra bag is crafted to make an impression — perfect for a night out in the city or a memorable event,” as described on the brand’s website, stating that its design was inspired by travels to Granada, Spain, and “captures the essence of the Red Palace” through its “captivating geometry and artistic details.”
Many fans expressed their admiration for her style in the comments, praising her fiery outfit. “So cute! I loved this look. I’ve binged the whole season already ♥️,” one viewer commented. “Loving the red! And those shoes are so fun 🔥,” another added. “Watching is a visual feast in every way,” a third remarked.
The streaming platform released all 10 episodes on December 18, detailing Cooper’s journey as a fashionista navigating a lingerie campaign, Venice Fashion Week, and her personal life, particularly her romance with Marcello (Eugenio Franceschini) in Rome.
While Emily in Paris has yet to be greenlit for season 6, fans remain optimistic for its renewal.
“Assuming we’re renewed, I’m eager to return to Paris. But I hope we explore other locations as well,” director and executive producer Andrew Fleming exclusively mentioned to Us Weekly about future plans. “It’s hinted where we might end up at the end of season 5 — there’s a chance we’ll be heading to Greece.”
Samuel Arnold, who plays Julian, shared his excitement about a possible new destination, stating to Us, “I won’t lie. If they want to film in Greece, I say, ‘Let’s go.’ I’ve never been there.”
Emily in Paris is now available for streaming on Netflix.
