Love Island USA Season 7 Highlights: Key Moments from Week 4 (Updated Daily)
America has made its decision, and five Islanders have departed the villa on Love Island USA, which includes one of the original cast members.
In the Sunday, June 29, episode of the dating show — airing daily except for Wednesdays — Ace Greene, Andreina Santos, Amaya Espinal, Austin Shepard, Bryan Arenales, Chelley Bissainthe, Cierra Ortega, Chris Seeley, Clarke Carraway, Elan Bibas, Gracyn Blackmore, Huda Mustafa, Iris Kendall, Jaden Duggar, Pepe Garcia, Nic Vansteenberghe, Olandria Carthen, TJ Palma, Taylor Williams and Zak Srakaew were all settling into their new partnerships following Casa Amor.
Olandria and Elan found themselves as the only single Islanders, while everyone else enjoyed having a partner in the villa. However, several Islanders, including Chelley, Andreina, and Cierra, expressed interest in exploring other potential connections, made easier with the advent of the heart rate challenge.
The challenge aimed for each couple to entice their fellow Islanders to increase their heart rates and win the game. Although it was intended for fun, Huda found herself in trouble when Chelley felt her performance for Ace (which included twerking and an intense makeout session) crossed a line.
Week 4 kicked off with Chelley and Huda at odds, while the rest of the villa divided into factions as viewers at home tuned in. (The Islanders are now midway through their fifth week in Fiji, but for timeline continuity, Us Weekly will track the events based on their airing on Peacock.)
As the group prepares to face even more tests regarding their romantic and platonic relationships, Us is here to keep you updated with live highlights, so keep scrolling:

Following the elimination of five individuals — possibly in celebration of Independence Day — Friday’s episode of Love Island USA opted for a more relaxed approach. The Islanders came to terms with America’s perceptions of them while others strategized their next moves in the villa now that certain individuals were single again.
Pepe approached Iris with clear interest, while Bryan and Amaya ended their episode with a passionate makeout session in the Speakeasy.
Recent events reinforced the bonds of Ace and Chelley, as well as Taylor and Clarke, despite them being at the bottom. Nic and Cierra also carved out time to discuss their feelings after controversially voting for Taylor to stay.
Speaking of breakups, Zak and Amaya have officially parted ways after America’s Sweetheart admitted she no longer had romantic feelings. Chelley, in turn, informed Chris that he should no longer pursue her, which wasn’t a concern for him as his focus was on Huda.
This week’s challenge was a fun “Crash Out” inspired event, leaving everyone covered in pie and slime. Overall, laughter was plentiful ahead of another recoupling in the Islanders’ final week in the villa.

Picking up from the Stand on Business Challenge, Huda was on the outs with many Islanders. She even had to eat breakfast alone in the speakeasy before Olandria and Chelley spoke with her separately, seemingly clearing the air.
Conversely, Pepe had a tough conversation with Gracyn, where he admitted he felt no spark with her — and it wasn’t due to Hannah, but that left the duo essentially ending their connection.
Amaya and Zak also appeared to be heading in the wrong direction, although America’s sweetheart enjoyed a better conversation with Bryan, who had defended her the previous night.
The next challenge revealed Americans’ opinions of the Islanders. Some, especially Ace, anticipated they would discover just how beloved they were but found themselves having a reality check instead.
In terms of genuine vibes, Pepe was recognized as the most authentic guy, while Ace and Taylor were at the bottom of that ranking. For boyfriend material, Pepe topped that category again, while Austin and Taylor landed at the bottom.
Amaya won for being the most trustworthy girl, while Clarke received the lowest score. The same outcomes occurred for the most and least genuine girl rankings. When couples were assessed, Amaya and Zak topped the list, while Clarke and Taylor were at the bottom.
Finally, the least favorite boys and girls were revealed: TJ, Taylor, and Austin placed lowest for the guys, while Jaden, Gracyn, and Andreina were at the bottom for the girls. The villa had to save one person out of six — and they chose Taylor, who had the most support by the day’s end. Something tells Us that America will have opinions about that.

Before the villa got chaotic, Iris and TJ shared a good night after hooking up for “Soul Ties.” Cierra and Nic weren’t as discreet, making everyone in their room listen as they had sex post-reconciliation. Meanwhile, Amaya and Zak found themselves at a crossroads as she felt he wasn’t trying hard enough.
Fortunately, Love Island gave everyone the chance to “stand on business” by sending anonymous letters calling each other out.
Austin was the first to receive a letter from Andreina questioning how he’d made it this far without making an effort. Nic and Cierra received light-hearted criticism for their loud activity. Afterward, Cierra faced the repercussions from other girls who had been upset about sending Hannah home upon Pepe voicing his dissatisfaction.
Amaya got some joking shade from Chris regarding her snoring, while Austin, Ace, and Zak criticized her emotional reactions, with the guys seemingly forgetting that America was watching and voting, leading Amaya to leave in tears.
Pepe also received criticism regarding his feelings for Gracyn, and he wasn’t able to mend that rift easily. Ace was called out by Amaya over why he wasn’t closed off with Chelley, resulting in a confrontation with Austin about his alleged “clique” controlling events in the villa.
The tension escalated when Chelley read a note from Ace questioning her boundaries, while Huda confronted her regarding her ambiguous relationship with Chris.
It turned messy when Nic told Huda she denied Hannah a chance at love by staying in the villa, prompting Chelley to label Huda as selfish. Olandria joined in slamming Huda for kissing Chris, while Huda defended herself, reiterating the essence of being on a dating show.
Chris also faced scrutiny when Cierra probed about his intentions with Huda, while Chelley criticized his flip-flopping between her and Huda.
Finally, Olandria had to address Clarke’s frustrations over their love triangle with Taylor, who defended his decision to choose Clarke after just three days, despite having spent three weeks with Olandria. This led Olandria to confront Taylor about perceived disrespect, ultimately resulting in Taylor’s choice to pursue Clarke over Olandria.

Despite her anger towards Huda, Chelley opted not to discuss their issues that night and suggested a morning meeting, but that ultimately led to no real conversation. Huda felt increasingly isolated, particularly as most chose to support Chelley.
This situation awkwardly influenced Chris, who seemed more drawn to Chelley, which irked Ace. He felt Chelley was hypocritical for keeping her options open with Chris while limiting his interactions with Huda.
Conversations between Ace and Chelley only deepened their divide as Ace questioned his desire to remain committed to her. Chris, on the other hand, began to drift toward Huda, citing Chelley’s disinterest.
Cierra and Nic enjoyed a date outside the villa, using the occasion to finalize their relationship. Meanwhile, Olandria, following Chelley’s advice, chose to explore her options, reconnecting with Zak.
Zak faced criticism from Amaya for not engaging with her while also not reaching out to other women. Cierra’s connection with Nic led Elan to take the opportunity to approach Amaya.
A sneak peek for the upcoming episode hinted at an avalanche of drama as each Islander is set to send out letters, indicating more messy confrontations ahead.

The new week commenced with Olandria and Elan being saved, while the other Islanders — particularly Taylor and Cierra — adjusted to the continuity of previous connections. Cierra and Nic utilized their renewed bond to solidify their commitments (even enjoying a brief intimate moment of just 40 seconds).
However, Cierra’s positive feelings regarding Nic’s time with Olandria soured after discussing it with Iris. Cierra was upset over her best friend kissing Nic after they had already been intimate. She was also frustrated with Nic for his displeasure over her willingness to give Elan another chance.
Meanwhile, Chris continued to pursue Chelley despite his connection with Huda, attempting to deepen his bond with her while keeping Ace informed of her interest in exploring both connections. Ace, however, made it clear that he didn’t intend to back down. For those wondering if Ace is self-producing this season… draw your own conclusions.
Ace later had a discussion with Taylor, who claimed he still wished to explore a future with Olandria after embarrassment for choosing Clarke over her. The rationale behind Taylor believing he was still an option for Olandria was unclear, but good for him?
The episode became particularly gripping as the Islanders prepared for the heart rate challenge, where the results indicated that Iris’ heart rate surged the most with Nic, while Amaya’s was raised by Pepe, and several others were impacted by different interactions.
As for the guys, TJ saw his heart rate peak due to Gracyn, with Zak, Bryan, Austin, Chris, Pepe, Nic, Elan, Taylor, and Ace also seeing their heart rates affected by various connections in the villa.
This last revelation became problematic as Chelley expressed her displeasure regarding Huda’s performance for Nic. Chris was already distancing himself from Chelley, while Huda was maintaining a steamy interaction with Ace. Though Huda had the support of some girls, the bulk of the villa sided with Chelley, who felt Huda had overstepped, especially given her previous possessiveness towards ex-Jeremiah Brown.
New episodes of Love Island USA stream daily on Peacock at 9 p.m. ET. Us Weekly will continue to update this post with key developments.
