Marc Anthony and Nadia Ferreira Reveal the Gender of Their Second Child, His Eighth
Marc Anthony and his expectant wife, Nadia Ferreira, are eager to add even more feminine energy to their blended family.
“A surprise filled with love… God throughout it all,” Ferreira, 26, shared via Instagram on Friday, March 27, posting maternity snaps while hinting at the gender of her second child.
Anthony, 57, Ferreira, and their son Marco, 2, were all dressed in light blue outfits while taking pictures on a boat at sea. The former beauty queen showcased a pair of toddler-sized pink Mary Jane slip-on shoes against her bare bump, seemingly confirming that she is expecting a daughter.
“SO EXCITED 💕🙏🏼 Team Girl!!!” influencer Lele Pons, who welcomed a daughter in 2025, commented, sharing her excitement over the announcement.
Colombian model Danielle Arciniegas Martinez shared, “My beautiful girl, we are eagerly awaiting you 💕 💗.”
Anthony and Ferreira have been wed since 2023, just months before the arrival of son Marco. The Latin superstar is also a father of six children from previous relationships. He shares kids Ariana and Chase with Debbie Rosado, sons Cristian and Ryan with Dayanara Torres, and twins Max and Emme with Jennifer Lopez.
“When you have children, everything comes with a feeling of responsibility. Every time I prepare a show, I wonder what my kids would think if they were all there together,” Anthony exclusively told Us Weekly in December 2025 about juggling his music career and family life. “I want them to feel proud, and I always consider what my kids would say if they were in the front row. That’s always in my mind.”
He added then, “Everything I have done in my life has been with my family in mind, which is how I manage not just how I create but how the end product represents not only me but us as a family.”
At that time, Anthony was preparing for his Las Vegas residency at the Fontainebleau.
“I look forward to them seeing the show and witnessing what their dad does,” he exclaimed. “[During] my Las Vegas show, for the first time ever, I’m excited to reconnect with all my old friends, and these songs are like old companions that have been with me over the years. Creating the song is one thing, but performing it live is something entirely different.”
