Marciano Brunette and Hannah Fouch Discuss Their Joint Firing from Vanderpump Villa
After becoming the original breakout stars of Vanderpump Villa, fans were shocked to discover that Marciano Brunette and Hannah Fouch were let go not long into season 2.
In the fourth episode of season 2, which aired on Thursday, April 24, Marciano and Hannah found themselves in a heated conflict with Siadi. The guest services staff member disregarded their attempts to communicate, leading to their dismissal by Lisa Vanderpump the following morning.
“I spoke with Lisa, and I realize that my emotional response that night was a bit intense,” Hannah shared exclusively with Us Weekly regarding the situation afterward. “I owe her an apology, but she had to make her decision, and I completely understand.”
Lisa echoed Hannah’s sentiments, agreeing with her perspective.
“They mismanaged the situation, and I couldn’t afford to give them another chance. I noticed things escalating, and it became a difficult scenario for me to handle,” she explained to Us. “Did I dislike losing them? Definitely. But things became quite complicated.”
Lisa added, “Hannah is such a positive force among everyone. She was probably one of the most beloved cast members. Letting them go was no easy decision.”
Marciano also weighed in, sharing with Us that being asked to leave Lisa’s Italian villa, Castello Rosato, strengthened his bond with Hannah.
“When we got sent home, we truly felt a deeper connection,” Marciano, who had an on-and-off relationship with Hannah during filming, told Us. “Being sent home together brought us closer, regardless of our relationship status. We both have feelings for each other.”
He expressed relief at leaving with Hannah, stating, “We can sense when the other is upset. We both realized we were genuinely hurt about being sent home, and we came together to navigate that, and our current status remains to be seen.”
Vanderpump Villa, which debuted in 2024, takes place in Lisa’s luxurious French villa, Château Rosabelle. The first season followed the staff as they lived and worked while catering to high-profile guests. Season 2 introduced Us to a fresh group of staff eager to learn from Lisa.
Despite his early exit, Marciano remained a frequent topic of discussion, especially among the stars of The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives: Demi Engemann, Jen Affleck, Jessi Ngatikaura, Layla Taylor, and Mikayla Matthews, who visited as guests.
Marciano quickly became infatuated with Demi — who is married to Bret Engemann. Although they ended the season on friendly terms, the situation seems to have changed.
“Uninvited to the function because a 30-year-old Mormon wife is afraid I’ll tell her husband the truth,” Marciano posted on Instagram before the show’s premiere.
Bret appeared to respond with a photo of him and Demi, sharing via his Instagram Story, “I’m so proud of this incredible woman. She’s the most amazing person I know. The nonsense she’s had to endure from deceitful individuals is astonishing. She has behaved like a graceful lioness amid a pack of yapping hyenas.”
