Meet Pierson Fode: The Charismatic Cowboy from The Wrong Paris!
Pierson Fodé is set to portray a Bachelor-like character in Netflix’s The Wrong Paris.
“A young woman joins a dating show believing it’s in Paris, France, but it actually takes place in Paris, Texas,” the logline states. “She devises a plan to get eliminated until her unforeseen feelings for the bachelor create complications.”
Former child star Miranda Cosgrove takes on the role of Dawn, an aspiring artist seeking a free ticket to Paris through the reality TV show, hoping to attend art school one day. Fodé portrays Trey McAllen, a ranch owner who is instantly enamored with Dawn when they first meet on camera.
“What attracted me to the role was that Trey isn’t your typical polished reality-TV bachelor; he’s a down-to-earth cowboy who unexpectedly finds himself surrounded by cameras and 19 women vying for his attention,” Fodé shared with Bello magazine in September 2025. “He’s figuring it out as he goes along, which brings both humor and sentiment. Comedy arises when genuine moments become chaotic, vulnerability occurs when you’re willing to look foolish, and charm sneaks up on you in between.”

What Role Does Pierson Fode Play in ‘The Wrong Paris?’
Fodé plays the cowboy Trey McAllen III, who’s not shy about showing off his abs.
“Trey is like if Matthew McConaughey stumbled onto The Bachelor set and thought, ‘Alright, I guess we’re doing this,’” the actor explained to Bello about his character in September 2025. “Playing him gave me the chance to combine all of that … and yes, there’s a mechanical bull involved.”
Pierson Fode Is an Experienced Actor
Fodé has been acting since 2012, taking roles in projects such as Storytellers, Naomi and Ely’s No Kiss List, Kill Game, The Bold and the Beautiful, Out of Hand, and Disney Channel’s Jessie, along with Hulu’s upcoming Swiped.
“I seek out roles that scare me or make me laugh, those that lead me to think, ‘How am I going to manage this?’ That fear typically leads to growth,” Fodé told Bello. “Whether it’s a conman with secrets, dropping 48 pounds for a role of an addict in Dope Queens, a quarterback under pressure, or a cowboy bachelor avoiding whipped cream on live TV, I want characters that push me.”
He added, “If the script makes me laugh, sends chills down my spine, or prompts late-night questions, I’m in. Or if it pays the bills. But the common thread remains: there must be heart beneath the surface. Something that genuinely entertains. As a movie fan, I create movies for fellow fans.”
What Has Pierson Fode Shared About Collaborating with Miranda Cosgrove on ‘The Wrong Paris?’
“This is going to be the next #1 @netflixfilm you binge while contemplating your life choices and snack options,” Fodé posted on Instagram in November 2024. “We barely caught any sleep, laughed until it hurt, and faced off against horses and mechanical bulls like it was the Wild West out there. So grab your popcorn, tissues, and maybe a therapist. This one has it all — and yes, I mean everything. You’re welcome 🤠.”
Pierson Fode Has Worked with Miranda Cosgrove Before ‘The Wrong Paris’
Fodé made his acting debut on iCarly back in 2012, portraying a character named Todd in a single episode. Cosgrove, of course, starred as the main character Carly Shay throughout all five seasons and in a brief revival on Paramount+.
Is Pierson Fode in a Relationship?
Fodé previously dated his Naomi and Ely’s No Kiss List co-star Victoria Justice from 2013 to 2015. He later had a relationship with actress Saxon Sharbino from 2020 until 2022, but it remains unclear if they are still together.
