Naomi Watts Matches with Canine Co-Star Bing at The Friend Premiere
Naomi Watts and her canine companion Bing captured everyone’s attention at the premiere of The Friend.
On Monday, March 24, Watts, 56, showcased a look influenced by Bing the Great Dane at the New York City premiere of The Friend. Her ensemble by Jacquemus featured a high halter neck that flowed into an open back, complemented by a relaxed top. The dress’s skirt beautifully mirrored Bing’s black and white spots, adorned with dark patches incorporated into the pleated fabric.
Further enhancing their coordination, Watts opted for a bright pink lip that matched Bing’s red collar and leash. Her glamorous look included long eyelashes, defined brows, and a bronze eyeshadow palette. Her platinum hair was elegantly parted in the center and styled in a sleek bob.
The actress, portraying Iris in the comedy Netflix film, held Bing’s leash on the red carpet, posing adorably alongside her furry friend, who plays Apollo.
Previously, Watts and Bing posed together on the red carpet in October 2024 during another The Friend premiere at the New York Film Festival.

At the event, she was effortlessly chic in a stunning Schiaparelli ensemble, featuring a sheer corset top and a voluminous leather skirt. The actress completed her look with stylish black heels and eye-catching diamond earrings that added a hint of glamour.
Not to be left out of the stylish event, Bing sported a sleek black leather collar adorned with silver accents.
The Friend is set to debut on Netflix on Friday, March 28. According to the official synopsis, the film follows Iris after her friend Walter (Bill Murray) passes away, leaving her with his beloved dog.
