Naomi Watts Saves Kim Kardashian from a Latex-turned-Lube Mishap
Kim Kardashian recently faced a fashion crisis when her latex stockings wouldn’t come off ahead of a press event.
The reality star turned actress, 45, shared her “fashion emergency” on TikTok on Monday, October 27, during a promotional trip to London for Hulu’s All’s Well. Thankfully, her co-star Naomi Watts was just a FaceTime call away, ready with a clever solution.
“I urgently need lube for my latex pants. Do you have any?” Kardashian asked Watts, who was getting ready in the clip. Watts, 57, responded with a sweet yet puzzled look before stepping up to help.
“Oh my God, you’ve called the right person,” Watts replied.
Watts is the founder of beauty brand Stripes, which provides holistic menopause solutions and features the Oh My Glide Intimate Play Oil, a lubricant crafted with squalane and natural coconut and avocado oils.
“I’ll send it right over!” Watts said. “Can I have it delivered by a man? Is that too strange?”
Kardashian replied that was perfectly fine, suggesting he could bring it in a bag, before Watts added it would be presented on a tray. “I am serving you!” she joked.
“Serving lube!” the Skims founder laughed, calling Watts a “life-saver.” Shortly after, there was a knock on the door with several boxes of the product. Kardashian was then seen getting help while seated on the floor, humorously expressing her hope of not sliding off the red carpet.
“Here’s how you put on latex,” she demonstrated. “I bet [Watts] didn’t know she’d need an extra-large bottle for this trip!”
“How adorable, I want some for my travel kit,” Kardashian added, highlighting that “a little goes a long way.”
The beauty mogul was especially grateful for the extra lubricant since she had another latex outfit planned for later. Once settled in her pants, Kardashian was zipped into a leather bustier dress from Dilara Findikoglu, accessorized with silver chain necklaces.
Her snakeskin dress came from the designer’s “Cage of Innocence” collection, which had previously made its runway debut with model Naomi Campbell, who wore the look at Findikoglu’s Spring 2026 London Fashion Week presentation just last month.
Kardashian took pictures in her outfit on the red carpet with her All’s Fair co-stars, including Watts, Teyana Taylor, Sarah Paulson, and Niecy Nash.
Before their humorous FaceTime call, Watts had praised Kardashian’s acting abilities in a January interview with British Vogue, describing her as “kind” and “hard-working” after the reality star’s participation in American Horror Story: Delicate.
“I have so much respect for her. She’s a businesswoman taking a big leap into acting. A new venture?! And she’s doing so unapologetically,” Watts said. “She’s impressive!”
Last December, Kardashian also garnered praise from Nash, 55, who mentioned to People, “You can’t say anything bad about Kim to me.”
“I would defend her in the street!” she joked, adding, “It was amusing because when we first met, I introduced myself to her and her mom [Kris Jenner], and I said, ‘I must be honest, I’ve never watched your show.’ And her mother responded, ‘Oh, thank goodness. We have a chance! You might like us.’”
