Nikki Glaser Reveals Plastic Surgeons’ Recommendations for Her Procedures
Nikki Glaser recently visited several plastic surgeons and comically shared the recommended enhancements for her Golden Globes appearance.
As she prepared to host the 2026 Golden Globes, Glaser, 41, discussed the suggested procedures while applying her makeup. In a clip posted on Vogue’s TikTok on Monday, January 12, the comedian playfully remarked, “I went to a bunch of plastic surgeons to just see what they would recommend that I do.”
She pointed at her forehead and noted that “some” doctors advised her to “lower” her brow. “Some were suggesting fat injections,” she continued. “And I responded, ‘Where do you get the fat from?’ They replied, ‘Your body,’” Glaser recounted. “I assure you this is true. I was just joking. I said, ‘Oh, you get it from my body? Well, I don’t know where you’re gonna get [that much fat].’” Without missing a beat, the doctor confidently stated they would take it from Glaser’s “thighs.”
“Didn’t even pause for a second!” Glaser told the camera. “Didn’t catch my joke [about being skinny] at all. I was like, ‘Good to know,’” she quipped.
Fans quickly joined in on the humor in the comments section.
“Nikki Glaser spilling tea about her trip to the plastic surgeon has me here for it!” one fan exclaimed, while another chimed in, “THICK THIGHS SAVE LIVES BABYYYYY.” A third added, “And she has amazing legs.”
Glaser has previously expressed her support for plastic surgery during a conversation with Jimmy Fallon on a March 2025 episode of The Tonight Show.
“You look great! Do you feel great?” Fallon, 51, asked the comedian.
@voguemagazine Last night, #nikkiglaser returned to the #GoldenGlobes stage as the host of the 2026 ceremony with a blistering opening monologue that wowed a famously tough crowd. Ahead of the festivities the comedian joined Vogue for an episode of BeautySecrets. Tap the link above to watch the full video.
“Thank you! This takes a lot of work,” Glaser responded. “This is a mirage, what you’re seeing before you.”
She elaborated, “To look good, you have to feel — I mean, I’m wearing, like, a compression sock for my stomach. It’s like the arm things at CVS that check your blood pressure.” Glaser mentioned that her shapewear was “so tight” but made her look “snatched.”
After explaining to Fallon how uncomfortable she was in her silver dress, which featured a cowl neckline, long sleeves, and a bodycon silhouette, the host insisted that she looked “fantastic.”
“Well, thank you,” she replied. “Wait until the facelift. That’s coming. August 2026,” she added. While Glaser may not have been serious about the exact date of her facelift, she did indicate she plans to “do it.”
“I have no problem with that,” she admitted. “You gotta do it subtly so [fans] go, ‘What’s she doing?’ And then I’ll just say, ‘I’m meditating more.’” Glaser joked, “I’m doing the kind of medication that removes your eyelid skin. I’m drinking more water. I’m just focusing on my gut health so my brow has been lowered two inches.”
She shared that the best approach to cosmetic work is to “subtly go in every so often.”
Regarding Ozempic, Glaser stated that she supports anyone who takes the weight-loss drug. “I love it. I’m like, ‘Do it!’” she cheered. “I have no judgment. If you want to do Ozempic, I’m like, ‘Hell yeah, girl!’ I want people to feel more comfortable discussing it because I feel like there’s this shame, and it mostly comes from thin people who want you to stay fat.” She laughed, “They’re super frustrated that you’re getting thin now since that’s all they have.”
