Paige DeSorbo Prefers a Tom Ford Gucci Comeback Over Marriage
Paige DeSorbo has a clear vision for her future.
The 32-year-old influencer took to Instagram on Tuesday, February 26, imploring Tom Ford to reclaim his role as creative director at Gucci. In her post, she showcased a stunning vintage Gucci by Tom Ford 2004 blue sequin gown, characterized by a cutout back that accentuated her figure. The front boasted a high neck and a fitted skirt flaring elegantly into a delicate train, complete with sultry cutout sides. This show-stopping piece was listed for $8,695 on Tab Vintage.
“Men: girls just want to get married,” the Summer House star quipped in her caption. “Women: no, we want Tom Ford back at Gucci.”
Tom Ford, now 63, departed Gucci in 2004 after a decade as the brand’s creative director. During his time there, he was renowned for crafting enticing designs, such as slinky dresses, skinny satin shirts, metallic boots, and velvet hipsters. Ford’s exit followed a highly publicized conflict with a shareholder regarding control over the brand.
Following his departure, Ford launched his own namesake label, featuring plunging dresses, stylish clothing, croc-finish skirts, suede trenches, and more. He has also established a beauty line, which includes Taylor Swift’s treasured and top-selling fragrance, Santal Blush.
DeSorbo’s quip surfaced after she revealed her breakup with Craig Conover on a December 2024 episode of her podcast “Giggly Squad.”

“Craig and I have mutually decided to part ways,” she shared. “I love him, and I believe he loves me. We will still be friends. No one did anything wrong. It wasn’t anything negative. We were simply honest about our needs and desires, and that’s a powerful thing.” Throughout Summer House, DeSorbo was vocal about her hesitance regarding marriage, while Conover, 36, was more eager.
Conover later shared his perspective on their separation during a February episode of Watch What Happens Live, revealing it was not a shared decision. “I wasn’t part of the conversation about the announcement on her podcast,” he explained. “I simply received a text stating, ‘I’m announcing it on my podcast.’”
That same month, DeSorbo candidly discussed her dating hiatus. “What am I looking for in a guy?” she pondered during an episode of “Giggly Squad.”
“I want them to leave me alone,” she joked. “The ideal would be for them to turn around and not engage with me at all—definitely top of my list. So this Valentine’s Day, it’s all about focusing on myself.”
