Pamela Bach Hasselhoff, ‘Baywatch’ Star and Ex-Wife of David Hasselhoff, Passes Away

Pamela Bach Hasselhoff, known for her role on “Baywatch” and as the former spouse of the show’s lead star, David Hasselhoff, has passed away.

Her family confirmed her passing in a statement provided to TODAY.

“Our family is heartbroken by the recent loss of Pamela Hasselhoff. We appreciate the immense outpouring of love and support during this trying time but kindly ask for privacy as we navigate our grief,” the statement said. She was 62 years old, as reported by The Associated Press.

Bach Hasselhoff and David Hasselhoff were married in December 1989 after they met on the set of the 1980s series “Knight Rider.” They divorced in 2006.

The pair welcomed two daughters, Taylor Hasselhoff-Fiore, born in 1990, and Hayley Hasselhoff, born in 1992.

Bach Hasselhoff often shared photos of her daughters on her official Instagram account.

The native of Tulsa, Oklahoma, proudly showcased moments with her daughters and her granddaughter, London, in her last Instagram posts from late December 2024.

“Even though my precious granddaughter — London — may not remember it yet, our first Christmas with her was truly magical.”

“The day was filled with love, joy, and cherished moments with family. We treasure these beautiful memories. Wishing everyone a joyous holiday season and a very Happy New Year!” she wrote.

She also marked her own birthday in October 2024 by sharing a selfie along with inspiring words for her followers.

“It’s my new year around the sun. I’m feeling so grateful and blessed and remember, time is our currency,” she encouraged her fans to “take it slow” and allow the “good times” to unfold.

“You’re only here for a little while, so do something that makes you smile,” she added.

In addition to her roles in “Knight Rider” and “Baywatch,” Bach Hasselhoff appeared in several other television shows, including “Cheers,” “Superboy,” and “The Young and the Restless.”

She also featured in family movies such as “Castle Rock” (2000) and “More than Puppy Love” (2002).
