Patrick Mahomes’ 3-Week-Old Daughter Will Make Her Super Bowl 2025 Debut
Patrick Mahomes is excited for his newborn daughter to witness history at the 2025 Super Bowl.
“I can’t wait for her to be there,” Patrick told reporters during a press conference for the Super Bowl on Tuesday, February 4. “This will be her first football game at the Super Bowl, and I’m hoping we can secure a win.”
On January 13, Patrick and his wife, Brittany Mahomes, welcomed their third child, a daughter named Golden Raye. (They are also parents to Sterling Skye, 3, and Patrick “Bronze” 2.)
Golden arrived during the playoffs for Patrick and the Kansas City Chiefs, who have secured a spot in the Super Bowl to compete against the Philadelphia Eagles at Caesars Superdome in New Orleans on Sunday, February 9.
“Having another baby is always a motivating factor,” Patrick remarked to the press. “I want them to experience the same joy as the other two.”
The Kansas City Chiefs won the Super Bowl in 2023 and 2024. If they triumph this weekend, they will make history as the first NFL team to achieve a “threepeat” at the Big Game.
While Patrick is focused on the NFL’s most significant night, he also cherishes family life.
During the press conference, he shared that Golden Raye has “been amazing” and is “sleeping well.”
“Mom’s been incredibly happy,” he said about Brittany, who can’t wait to attend Super Bowl 2025.
“Here we go again👏🏼💪🏼,” she posted on Instagram on January 28. “So proud of you🥹🤍.”
Before the big game, Brittany, 29, provided insight on how she manages to watch football at a large stadium with young kids, emphasizing the importance of preparation for a successful game day.
“We always bring safe snacks that they can eat and share with friends,” Brittany told The Bump in February 2024. “My daughter loves applesauce pouches and we enjoy Nature’s Bakery Fig Bars, which are both nut-free and dairy-free. She’s also really into Cuties right now and is getting the hang of peeling them. It keeps her busy, which I love.”
The Kansas City Current co-owner appreciates her support system for helping during game days.
“We make a great parenting team,” Brittany shared. “Our family, close friends, and nannies offer tremendous help, and we’re really grateful to them.”
