Quad from Married to Medicine Shares Insights About Her Boyfriend King

Married to Medicine star Quad Webb is finally revealing her prince charming.

After maintaining a low profile for nearly a year regarding her boyfriend, King, the reality star is eager to showcase her relationship to the Bravo series and the audience.

“For me, I move in silence,” Quad, 44, exclusively told Us Weekly earlier this month while promoting Married to Medicine. “Keeping him private was essential for us to build our relationship without external distractions or noise. Plus, let’s be honest — I needed to ensure he was in it for the right reasons.”

Since the show’s inception in 2013, Quad has opened her life to Bravo’s cameras. From discussing her divorce from Dr. Greg Lunceford to navigating friendship challenges with other cast members, the women’s health advocate has been candid about the highs and lows of her journey.

At this stage in her life, Quad feels optimistic after starting a romantic relationship outside of the spotlight.

“I wanted to genuinely understand him, meet his family, and see if this was a long-term connection,” she shared with Us. “Many people rush into relationships that quickly fizzle out. I prefer to wait for the right moment and develop a strong bond before showcasing it publicly.”

In a recent episode of Married to Medicine, Quad celebrated her birthday with an extravagant party planned by King, 41. The cast was taken aback to discover their friend was involved with someone so significant.

“I was out in Atlanta and never spotted them together, which initially led us to think it might be a ‘rent-a-husband’ situation,” Toya Bush-Harris joked to Us Weekly at DIRECTV’s “Christmas at KathyHilton’s party earlier this month. “But when I saw them together, the connection was undeniable. It’s wonderful.”

Although Quad recognizes that her decision to keep her relationship under wraps may have frustrated some fans and colleagues, she stands firm in her choice.

“It wasn’t anyone else’s business to begin with,” she clarified. “I’ve never been the type to be overly curious about who someone is dating. It doesn’t concern me.”

As audiences tune in to Married to Medicine to learn more about King, Quad revealed to Us that the relationship came as a pleasant surprise.

Things took a turn on May 15, 2023, when she experienced a sudden revelation and decided to explore a romantic relationship with King.

“A mutual friend reconnected us, and I remember looking at him, saying, ‘You like me, don’t you?’” Quad recounted. “He’s charming, attractive, and has such a laid-back demeanor — I was genuinely captivated by the way he presents himself.”
