Rachel Zoe Claims She Can’t Recall Her Beauty Treatments
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Rachel Zoe is sharing her secrets for maintaining a youthful appearance.
In the Tuesday, December 9, episode of Molly Sims’ “Lipstick on the Rim” podcast, Rachel mentioned that while she keeps her daytime routine surprisingly simple, she’s quite dedicated to her skincare regimen.
“I adore Nurse Jamie,” Rachel stated, referring to Jamie Sherrill’s renowned skincare brand. “She’s amazing. She utilizes all the latest lasers and has this new technique from Korea for tightening. I do all of that — I’m not quite sure what she does, but she does it all. I just close my eyes and work while she lasers and tightens [my skin].”
Rachel humorously remarked that when someone inquires about her treatments, she can honestly say she “literally” has no idea. “I don’t know,” she joked. “I just walk in, close my eyes. Tighten it, lift it, do whatever you need to do.”
Later in the podcast, Rachel shared insights about her daily routine, which kicks off with a “30-second shower.”
“I apply some Barbara Sturm products. I have to say, I love the exfoliating pads that fit perfectly in my hands to keep my skin smooth,” Rachel remarked, adding that her current favorite foundation brands include Hourglass, Charlotte Tilbury, Victoria Beckham, and Gucci.
Before beginning her makeup application, Rachel ensures she “pounds” hydrating products into her skin. “There’s a lot of hydration. That’s what I primarily use,” she explained, stating she loves serums and hyaluronic acid.
Regarding her morning and nighttime routines, Rachel admitted to wishing she had more time. “I am rushing, running upstairs,” the designer laughed. “I’ll cleanse my face and put on some eye patches while I’m on a call. I wash my hair only twice a week. I consider myself quite low-maintenance in beauty,” she mentioned. “But I truly prioritize my skincare above all.”
Before bed, she layers on “seven different” anti-aging serums, lotions, and more. “But it only takes me five minutes,” she added.
In addition to skincare, Rachel, who joined the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast in 2025 for season 15, previously opened up about her “smile makeover” via Instagram in June 2024.
“I needed a little touch-up on my teeth and I’m thrilled but nervous,” she confessed in the episode. “It’s truly a confidence boost, and I can’t wait to feel more assured about my smile.”
Rachel expressed her eagerness to smile more confidently with her veneers.

Ahead of joining the RHOBH for its 15th season, which premiered on Bravo on December 4, Rachel previously had her own show, The Rachel Zoe Project, where she elevated her career as a celebrity stylist.
She is also the mother of two sons, Skyler Berman, 14, and Kaius Berman, 11, whom she shares with Rodger Berman. In July, she filed for divorce from Rodger, 57, citing “irreconcilable differences.” Their divorce is pending finalization.
