Righteous Gemstones Star Tony Cavalero and His Wife Celebrate the Arrival of Their First Child
Things have become even more lively for The Righteous Gemstones and DMV star Tony Cavalero and his wife Annie Cavalero as they recently welcomed their first child.
Us Weekly has the exclusive report that the couple’s baby arrived earlier this month.
“Actor Tony and jewelry designer wife Annie Cavalero are thrilled to announce the arrival of their first son, Rowdy Baria Cavalero, who was born on March 11, 2026, at 9:39 p.m.,” a representative for the family shared with Us in an exclusive statement on Friday, March 20.
Rowdy weighed 8.4 pounds and measured 20 inches in length.
Tony, 42, and Annie, 40, who first crossed paths while performing at The Groundlings in Los Angeles, welcomed their son “following a deeply personal journey that spanned nearly a decade, including nine rounds of IVF.”
“After a short yet brave stay in the NICU, he is now snuggled in his parents’ arms, truly living up to his spirited name,” Tony and Annie stated to Us, adding, “In a full-circle moment, we manifested his name, Rowdy Bear, eleven years ago on our wedding day.”
During their 2015 wedding, the couple posed with a humorous photo booth picture featuring a large sign reading “Rowdy,” hinting at the name they chose for their son.
Both Tony and Annie are comedic actors, with Annie also pursuing a career as a jewelry designer and comedy writer.
Tony is widely recognized for his role as Keefe Chambers on The Righteous Gemstones from 2019 to 2025 and has been portraying Vic on DMV since last year.
In August 2025, the couple marked their decade-long relationship with Tony sharing a heartfelt video montage on Instagram.
“💛10 years my love 💖Let’s keep being silly little geese and aim for 100 more! Happy Anniversary @anniecavalero 🫶 Honestly, I feel like the luckiest man alive!” he captioned the video.
That same year, Tony and Annie invited fans into their Hollywood Hills home in Los Angeles for House Beautiful.
“We aimed to restore it to its Hollywood Regency splendor while adding our own flair and personal style,” Annie explained to the outlet about their six-bedroom, five-bathroom home, which boasts vibrant wallpaper and lively colors.
Tony expressed, “Annie’s presence is felt throughout the house,” referencing everything from crystals her grandfather collected to her late uncle’s chandelier hanging in the hallway.
While they shared details about their home, the couple kept their journey to pregnancy more private. Shortly after their son’s arrival, Tony celebrated Annie on social media for her birthday.
“Happiest Birthday to MY ABSOLUTE WARRIOR QUEEN 👸🏼 @anniecavalero,” wrote the Big City Greens alum on Instagram on Tuesday, March 17. “🫶 You are my everything and a true blessing to us all!”
