Sammie Cimarelli from The Circle Is Expecting Baby Number Two!
The Circle alum Sammie Cimarelli is set to grow her family.
“I’m pregnant!” Sammie, 30, exclusively told Us Weekly. “I’ll be welcoming a little one in September, and I couldn’t be more thrilled!”
Though she knows the baby’s sex, the reality star — who is already a mother to son Brae, 3, with ex Spencer Moore II — is keeping it to herself.
“I always intended to have more children after I found out I was expecting my son,” she shared. “I have eight siblings, and I honestly can’t imagine life without each of them. I wanted the same for my son.”
During her first and second trimesters, Sammie has felt “extremely peaceful” and relaxed, intentionally keeping the news off social media.
“It’s just been me and my firstborn enjoying the experience of my belly growing,” she explained to Us. “I can already tell he’s going to be an amazing big brother.”
Audiences met Sammie when she participated in The Circle in January 2020. Although she finished third in the first season, she left a lasting impression and continues to share her “single mama” journey on Instagram.
As she envisions life with two kids running around, Sammie hopes to raise children who are “confident” and capable of “forming their own opinions” about the people and world around them.
“I aspire to be the role model they look up to and wish to emulate, but also wish not to be like (in the best possible way),” she said. “There will be traits I hope they adopt from me and others I want them to avoid. I want them to be their true selves and explore the world around them. All I can provide is safety and comfort for them to do just that. That’s my goal.”
While Sammie acknowledges her supportive circle of friends and family who shower love on Brae and his soon-to-be sibling, she hopes her motherhood journey encourages women to embrace their ability to navigate it alone.
“You are capable. You are enough. You are love, and your children need a healthy mother above all,” she expressed. “Healthy mentally, physically, and emotionally. Take the time to heal so you can provide your children with the best version of yourself. Perfection isn’t the goal; every day is a new chance to be a better you and, in turn, give your children a better you.”
