Sister Wives debuted in 2010, and after more than ten years of challenges, successes, and everything in between, audiences remain captivated by Kody Brown and his unique family dynamics — even though he is now married to just one woman.
Initially, the TLC series featured Kody along with his three wives, Meri Brown, Janelle Brown, and Christine Brown, as well as his then-girlfriend, Robyn Brown. In the first season, Robyn transitioned into being Kody’s fourth wife through a spiritual marriage.
As the show progressed, the polygamous family grew, resulting in a total of 18 children in the earlier seasons.
