Style Influencer to Gift Daughter a New Hermes Bag for Every Birthday
Fashion influencer Shiran Melamed has begun curating a luxury wardrobe for her 2-year-old daughter, Sofia.
“I’ve established a tradition,” Melamed shared on TikTok on Wednesday, December 31. “Every year on my daughter’s birthday, I gift her an Hermès bag. By her 18th birthday, she’ll own a collection of 18 iconic pieces.”
She questioned, “Why does this feel more significant than toys?”
The creator behind “Styled by Shishi” celebrated her baby girl’s 2nd birthday in December 2025.
“How can you be TWO already? Sofia, you are the happy ending I never dreamed of,” Melamed, who shares her daughter and three older sons with her husband, wrote on Instagram. “I needed you more than you could ever need me. These two years have been the most precious chapter of my life. You’ve entered our world and filled it with a joy that feels like my heart expanded to hold it all.”
Melamed continued, “Your three older brothers love you with a pure and fierce affection, and watching them fall for you has been a gift in itself. We thank God every day for you, our miracle baby, our brightness, our ultimate happiness.”
To celebrate, Melamed gifted her daughter a miniature Hermès Kelly handbag in bubblegum pink. (While Hermès purses vary in price, many Kelly bags often start around $10,000.)
“Beautiful,” Sofia joyfully said in social media footage, unwrapping her new purse. “Woah!”

Sofia’s gifts didn’t end with the mini Kelly; Melamed also gifted her toddler a Van Cleef & Arpels pendant necklace, which even featured Sofia’s name engraved on the back.
“What color is that?” Melamed inquired in a follow-up video. “It’s pink. Let’s put it on, shall we? Wow, that looks so lovely.”
Previously, Melamed gifted her daughter a pink Mini Evelyne satchel from Hermès for her 1st birthday.
“Happy almost birthday to my little miracle, whose special day this year shines even brighter as it aligns with the 8 magical nights of Hanukkah,” Melamed wrote in a 2024 TikTok video.
Melamed has numerous Hermès handbags and accessories in her collection, but it is just one of the many high-end brands she owns.
“My husband is going to rate all the bags I brought on this 10-day vacation to Mykonos,” Melamed stated in a September 2025 Instagram video. “Starting with the bag I use the most, it’s the Chanel 25. [It’s] super comfortable due to this little handle here, so it doesn’t leave chain marks. I used it for travel [on the] 10-hour flight, as a diaper bag, snacks for the kids, or just to stroll around town.”
Melamed’s husband rated the Chanel purse a perfect 10 out of 10, later sharing his thoughts on the three Hermès Kelly bags (in Blue Jean, Craie, and Lime colors) she took for the trip.
“I usually wear these mostly in the evening and also during the day since I carry them crossbody,” Melamed explained. “More often than not, I also wind up carrying one of these beach bags, so I just use them for sunglasses, lip gloss, and my credit card.”
Her husband, on the other hand, found the Mini Kellys “easy to travel” with and gave them a rating of 9 out of 10.
