Summer House Recap: Paige Considers Buying Loverboy Following Kyle’s Text
Paige DeSorbo switched into full protective mode when Kyle Cooke sent her a furious text during the latest episode of Summer House.
“I’ve reached the point where you’ve messed with my best friend, and now you’re messing with my boyfriend [Craig],” Paige, 32, expressed about Kyle, 42, during the episode that aired on Wednesday, February 26. “You’ve disrespected me. You think you can text me whatever you want? F— you!”
She followed up with, “You’re lucky I don’t buy Loverboy and f—ing sell it.”
Paige’s remarks came after she disclosed that earlier in the episode, she received a “bit of rage texting” from Kyle regarding her “best friend” Hannah Berner and her then-boyfriend Craig Conover. (Paige and Craig, 36, broke up in November 2024 after three years together.)
Paige told the cameras that the text reportedly targeted Craig since Kyle was “angry because [Craig] signed a deal with another beverage company.”
A screenshot of the conversation showed Kyle expressing that he was “beyond discouraged” with Craig, claiming that the Southern Charm star’s decision to partner with Spritz Society in spring 2024 did not sit well with him. (Kyle owns the alcohol brand Loverboy, which he believed Craig was aware had a spritz collection, yet he still chose to work with the rival brand.)
“This wouldn’t be a topic today if it wasn’t for him and about a dozen lies,” Kyle allegedly messaged Paige concerning Craig.
Paige then pointed out that Kyle’s negative comments about Hannah, with whom he had a long-running feud before her exit from Summer House, were “because she was on a podcast just being Hannah.” (Hannah, 33, claimed in a 2024 podcast interview that Kyle contributed to her being let go from the Bravo show.)
Paige was taken aback by the whole situation, exclaiming, “I’m just getting yelled at.” She subsequently shared the text exchange with her friend Ciara Miller and began to fume while recounting it.
“What the f—? You have both their numbers,” Paige said about Kyle, insisting to Ciara, 29, that he should “be an adult” and text the real person he is upset with.
Paige elaborated that Kyle “trying to put me in the middle of it” is “absolutely insane.” Ciara firmly supported Paige, stating, “The other thing that annoys me is Kyle thinking everyone must have an allegiance to him.”
Paige passionately criticized Kyle, arguing that he has never “supported a single thing” she has done, while she has remained loyal to him.
“I’ve drank your drink for seven f—ing years. I’ve attended your ridiculous f—ing events,” she quipped. “The only reason I came here tonight is so that someone could keep his wife company while he pretends to be Diplo, like, please.” (Kyle is married to Amanda Batula.)
When Paige and Ciara met again in the Hamptons for another weekend, Paige revealed that Kyle did reach out to her about his frantic message. “He just texted, ‘Sorry about those texts earlier.’ I was like, ‘Alright,’” Paige claimed.
She also admitted that Craig did “not want” to maintain a friendship with Kyle due to the accusations. “He feels uncomfortable even coming to the house,” Paige shared about her then-boyfriend.
“You crossed a f—ing line,” she remarked about Kyle, emphasizing he shouldn’t have called her to “vent” about Amanda, 33, just to think he could text her as he pleased three weeks later.
Paige later equated Kyle to a “dad” who reprimands his daughter for the misdeeds of her friends.
“[He was] like, ‘If those are your friends and they’re doing bad things then so are you.’ And it’s like, ‘Dad, I don’t smoke weed. I didn’t do it,’” she said in a confessional, adding, “I didn’t go on a podcast and discuss you. I didn’t join a spritz company and post about it.”
Paige questioned, “Why am I getting yelled at on a Thursday morning at 9:30 [a.m.]? I already don’t want to be awake.”
She told Ciara that Kyle is “lucky he’s married to the woman he’s married to,” stating that her friendship with Amanda is the “only reason I don’t go one f—ing side of him and down the other.”
Summer House airs on Bravo Wednesdays at 9 p.m. ET.
