Everyone has been intrigued about how Taylor Swift managed to perform in heels for her extensive Eras Tour, and she has finally shared her thoughts on the matter.

In a recent episode of the “New Heights” podcast, which features her boyfriend, Travis Kelce, and his brother, Jason Kelce, Swift, 35, shed light on the realities behind her Eras Tour.

When asked by Jason, 37, if she missed touring, she responded, “I do miss it, but it was just right for what it was.”

Some styles are built to last. For Taylor Swift, durability came from her iconic red-bottomed Christian Louboutins, the hallmark of her historic Eras Tour. The signature soles have graced her feet during 149 shows across 22 countries, representing all her eras through countless wardrobe changes.

“I may not be facing 300-pound players, but wearing heels for that long?!” the singer exclaimed dramatically.

Travis chimed in, recalling the first time he saw her recovery setup in their hotel room after a performance. “Seeing the recovery room with the toe spacers really caught me off guard,” he laughed.

“And I even had an acupuncture mat,” Swift added.

Throughout her tour, Swift donned an array of footwear, from block heels and cowgirl boots to custom-made slippers, all crafted by Christian Louboutin.

At the start of her Lover era, Swift adorned herself in the designer’s Eleonora Botta heels. By the tour’s conclusion, she showcased various colors of boots embellished with strass crystals, including blue ombré, pink, silver, and a sunset orange pair signaling her upcoming 12th album, The Life of a Showgirl.

During her Fearless era, Swift transitioned into a knee-high Cate Boot before wearing custom lace-up ankle booties for her hits from Folklore and Evermore. In her Red era, she sported the brand’s CL Moc Lug loafers, transitioning to glittery booties in 1989.

In her final two eras, Swift dazzled in custom sandals for her Tortured Poets Department setlist and concluded the concert in the brand’s Gael knee-high boots while performing tracks from Midnights.
